Very fair assessment. His latter career feels like it could have been so much more even with his impressive trophy haul. If he put the same passion into his club career as he seems to with Wales.

{Ed001's Note - exactly he has a lot more to give but he is no longer focused on his club career now he has achieved his goal of playing for Madrid.}

Hi Ed, been a while. Good read that and it is actually slightly disappointing seeing his attitude to his club. Apparently he's a very nice guy. I know a Lad who lived in his home town and he apparently pops home every now and then and buys all the locals a drink in the pub.
