Thanks ed! Good reviews, we haven't been at our best recently in hoping to beat city and spur us on over the busy period!

{Ed001's Note - fingers crossed mate!}

Thanks Ed, quality as usual. I completely agree on Trent; it seems like you can see his improvements game by game this season as well. As one of the posters alluded to earlier, he’s more confident in dribbling with the ball now and coming inside as well which makes him more unpredictable. Seems like he’s our playmaker in chief now Ed?

{Ed001's Note - he is turning into one of our best and most important players.}

You can see Trents confidence increasing with each game. World class, not yet i think but he will be.

Thanks ed love your match reveiws.

Good read ed001.

Thought Trent has a great game, not sure if you saw but he played one cross field pass that literarily zipped across the surface with precise accuracy, unbelievable.

I think Ox needs a mention, thought he had one of his best games since his return and took his goal well.

It was almost too easy at times and you a correct about Fabhino switching off, in fact there were times when he was passed the ball, to only just receive the pass, it was almost like he was a second behind the play.

{Ed001's Note - it was a fantastic pass, I remember actually breaking into applause.}

Thanks Ed, great write up!

I do have a question for you if you have the time. I've seen criticisms of Liverpool's finishing this season. Do you have any thoughts on the matter?

{Ed001's Note - there have been some poor finishes, but there have also been some excellent ones. I am not sure it is that much of a problem to be honest. It is people trying to find issues.}

Trent kinda reminds me of a bit of Hendo, taking age and talent from the equation but both really showed their importance after that switch into manhood. Once a player matures into a team and really takes ownership the sky is the limit.

I did indeed sir. And the accompanying photos. Very spicy indeed. I’ve left the details with those who take care of stuff like that. Expect a reply and some equally unsolicited pictures soon enough. Oh while i’m here- zeddicus mate, Robert j power spark city is the first book. The new one “the seven (a Dellerin tale) ” might be more your taste though. Ah screw it, they’re all overrated self indulgent pieces of crap 🤣.

{Ed001's Note - all the pics were courtesy of Ed666, he does love to share.

As for the books, they sound perfect for Hollywood adaptation. Maybe staring John Travolta and some other of his Scientologist chums?}

Cheers Ed, good read. Was wondering if there was any chance you could do a preview for the city game highlighting key battles etc. Feeling very excited and nervous for the game. Biggest game of us season so far definitely. Wondered your take on the upcoming game.

{Ed001's Note - I will try and put something together for you mate.}

I totally agree on Milner eds.
it almost looks to be a position that’s to quick for him now. A terrible back pass in the cup game last week and a square ball last night. The other thing I noticed was vvd was almost concentrating where Milner was and not on he’s own game.
I think a new lb is a must to add cover or like you said start blooding a kid ASAP. This is such an important position in our team now.

{Ed001's Note - exactly, the full-backs are key now, we can't carry one. Sad to see such a good player struggling as well. There are plenty of games for him in midfield, no need to shoehorn him in at full-back to give him game time.}

What’s the crack with Yasser Larouci Ed001?
He did well in pre-season.

{Ed001's Note - didn't he pick up an injury and is just coming back to full fitness now?}

Ah yes you’re right, thanks.
How good is it watching this Liverpool side, pushed up to half way, pressing forward, full backs scoring and creating.
Happy days, love it.
Cheers Ed.

Hi AOE. You should know- a search for your book Spark City on Audible brings up Park City, described as a 'Firefighter Romance' :D.

I think Milner had a poor game. But Salah too? Something seems to be bothering him. He's always missed chances, but his decisions are getting worse now, and I don't know it he's just trying too much or just wanting too much that he screws everything up. I worry about him.
For Sunday, I'd play Fab, Gini and Ox in the midfield and bring in Hendo in the second half to snap at people and get into fights!
