Right at the end of the game a man Utd player used his shoulder in the penalty area to play the ball and the Fabinho was claiming for handball. This was quickly dismissed and never mentioned again. I am fast losing track of these rules and amendments but I thought the shoulder was handball. I could be totally wrong. The rules state the finger tips to the shoulder?
Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - The shoulder itself does not count for handball.}

But where does the shoulder end and the bicep begin!

{Ed002's Note - For Liverpool players by the wrist. For opposition players just above the ear.}

The bicep originates beyond the shoulder joint and inserts beyond the elbow, that’s not relevant though!
Ed2 do you see this deal as an unusual risk for a PL club, or Liverpool being at the forefront of this type of deal in the PL?

{Ed002's Note - You are reading too much in to it.}
