I am enjoying these podcasts so thank you very much.
However I am of the opinion that Salah needs to be sold at the very next opportunity.
I say this as for me we have had the best out of him, plus he costs us too many goals.
With llanna, Matip and Origi needing replacing we can cover the costs by selling Salah now.
If we fail to do so I genuinely feel like we will end up like Brendan's team.

How does Salah cost us too many goals? You mean by being not available as per this past weekend's game or when he plays? And if you have any ideas for replacements, perhaps you'd like to propose them for equal to what he is worth and willing to accept under 200K per week? I'd really like to know how it makes sense to replace 2 moderate players (Lallana and Origi) and 1 good player (Matip) by selling the highest goal producer for the team in the past 3 years.

Read any of my previous posts regards Salah. I have not changed my stance. Far to selfish. I'd also be inclined to say we have seen the best of him. Matip is having a good season so far but over all the time he has been here he hasn't been a success.
I really like llanna but injuries have ruined him. For me we need several players to challenge city properly. The only way to do this is cash in on Salah and Matip.
If we can get some quality say atleast 3 players we might not even miss them.

He's maybe got just a bit more nous and experience than Negative in that area.

I agree that Matip didn't set the world on fire when he arrived, but why would you sell him now that he is first choice. Seems a strange logic Walter.
Also you are correct that there is a right time to move players on but again is Salah really on the demise? Agreed he can be greedy on occasions but he still scores his amount of goals.
