I don't understand why some are so eager to see Wilson stay. He has proved he is not good enough. He has not progressed at all since he was 16 years old.

Then you hear people saying he needs to be replaced if he leaves. Why? He has never been a squad player for us and in my opinion he never will.

If you RTFP it has been made clear that Klopp wants more depth in the forward areas. So if Wilson can come back from loan and provide that, we don't need to sign anyone. However if Wilson is sold Klopp will not have the extra depth he wants, and Wilson will need to be replaced.

Jimmy boy how exactly has he not improved since he was 16 . That is a ridiculous statement . Did you not see him last year in the championship? His stats were very good . If this was a player from another club we would be clamouring for the club to sign him.
Why not give him a chance . He has it in his locker to score vital goals and could turn out to be a great backup player.

If you could morph Kent and Wilson you would have Ryan Fraser.
So sell the lads and buy Fraser and a it of profit.

I think we should sell him, but to say he hasn’t improved since he was 16 is a bit disrespectful. The lad has come on further than I ever thought he would, he just doesn’t suit our system at the moment.

Yes I did see him last season and he was bang average. Scored a few great goals but his all round play was of an average championship player. People get blinded by seeing goals scored from distance and think the player is amazing.

Replaced come on. replacement for sending to loan is also a requirement eh ed01?

{Ed001's Note - apparently now you do need to replace a player who was not in the squad the entirety of the season because he was out on loan, if you want to send him out on loan again.}
