Thanks for that Ed001. Great morning read.

What would you do with Milner if in charge? I don't think he has showed any signs of slowing down, so is there really much of a risk trying to get his contract extended now so he can focus purely on the season ahead?

I know he is a model professional and all but not knowing where you future will be next year can only be a distraction for him.

Red Sandman.

{Ed001's Note - or it could make him work harder to prove himself? Personally I would offer him a 1 year rolling contract with the stipulation that, if he wants to, he could leave for Leeds on a free at any time. Not because I would want him to go, but because they are his team and he deserves it for his attitude and professionalism.

I would not let him go yet.}

Thank you very much Ed, we have sun today mate, can you believe it? So I'm in a great mood, got the day off and enjoying it. We know it won't last long lol hope you have a good day mate.

{Ed001's Note - sun? No! Must be an optical illusion or are you in a tanning parlour again? You know tanning parlours do roaring trade in Dubai? Year-round sun, but people still go to tanning parlours! I really need someone to explain that one to me some day.}

Don't tell everyone my secret Ed1 damnit lol I have to pretend we have sun somehow! :) . On a serious note, what w the actual ****? Why people go to them over there is beyond me, that's a new one on me. I'm surprised they even exist out there lol wtf is the point!?

{Ed001's Note - they all wrap up or use brollies to protect themselves from the sun then go to a tanning parlour instead. Utter madness mate.}

Having a guy like Milner around is absolutely priceless. I agree he should be offered a year by year contract, able to terminate it for Leeds and so on. Anything to make it easy for him to accept a coaching position in years to come. Could see him i a role developing young players, helping them establish good habits early on.

{Ed002's Note - No such contracts are possible.}

Yes Ed1 mate, 'utter madness' is about right, I know its hot out there but for christ sake that's bloody daft lol. I must admit I love the heat, we don't get enough of it as you well know but some of these youngsters do it over here don't they, going tanning in these places wtf for? Get outside! Tbh though it's not just the youngsters is it, there's some older women trying to look young and end up looking like a bloody fossil. I aren't being funny but if you're 70 years old, a tanning bed isn't going to bloody help!

{Ed001's Note - it is madness.}

Good one today ed01. i've felt sorry for bale, and thought he was a nice, himble kid who doesn't get the recognition he deserves. I mean, most players who scored an 7 foot over head kick to win a european cup, would be a hero, a club legend. But i didn't know about the golfing and his injuries and unwillingness to cooperate with doctors.

His ego has expanded eh. Any idea who might be in for him?

{Ed001's Note - not a clue. Not sure why anyone would want him, he can't even be arsed to learn proper Spanish after 8 years in Spain, his agent is a scumbag and he would rather play golf in his backyard than stay fit to play footie.}

Ive always thought he would end up at utd. I also think harry kane will play for utd one day. he's a utd type cf. When that spurs team starts to unravel, if they don't win anything in the next few years, yeah i can see kane at the theatre of screams.
