Reading some posts and read a comment off ed25 about not supporting diving in the game which I totally agree with. Just wondering how would you stop diving post match bans removed points or any other ways also is it a player thing or do managers encourage it?

{Ed025's Note - it is actually taught to the young players berg which is very worrying, win at all costs seems the order of the day mate which worries me..

Was it the fast show were they had players being taught to dive? And now its a reality. Its sickening. But id be worried if points were being docked as refs make mistakes. Hopefully VAR will sort the problem out. Im all for points being docked if its proved beyond doubt.

But then there may be some who get away with it as camera angles don't always show the whole picture. I mean, i've watched harry kane's ghost goal 30 times and i can't see him touch it. At the same time, i really don't see him swearing on his daughter's life if he didn't touch it.

There should be a league table of diving players. It should be published on the back page of every national newpaper on a Sunday morning. Players accumulate 3 points for a dive they get away with. 1 point for a dive that the referee catches. If they dive 3 times in a match they should have to wear a ‘D’ symbol on their forehead during the next game. Think Rimmer from Red Dwarf.

Players in the top ten at the end of each month have to play one game without their right or left boot, the opposing fans get to decide via a twitter poll or text message to 80010. All proceeds go to the Tom Daley foundation.
Players in the ‘Champions League’ positions at the end of the season have to play the entirety of the next season in pink bubble wrap.
