Wasn't Alberto Moreno offered a new contract? He's leaving as he wants first team football.

I also expect Shaqiri to leave. He's fulfilled his purpose for the season, but I think Klopp would like a player that can adapt to his tactics.

I think we need cover for both full backs. The amount we expect of our full backs both defensively and particularly offensively is a tough ask all season and I would rather keep Gomez for CB and get a RB cover that has closer attacking level of quality to Trent and allow us to rest him when needed.

I think David Marshall as the Ed’s day would be a good experienced option as backup keeper, we have a lot of talented keepers in at number 3 and having experience can only do good.

LB I think we were looking at kelly before his move to Bournemouth, however we should be looking to offer Adam Lewis the chance in pre season. Given Robertson’s lack of injury’s last year we don’t need to fork out money to someone.

Whilst you do say we don’t need a creative player, I think we do need someone who will cover the front and can be used as an attacking midfielder. I really think a player like Bruno Fernandes would offer something different.

That said we have the ox back who, hopefully putting his injuries behind him can give that creativity, Naby needs to start showing some consistency but can be a very useful option.

Lallana needs to go, Sturridge gone, Moreno gone.

Lovren has dropped down to 4th choice, i think he has got some unnecessary grief BUT we shouldn’t be paying 100k pw for a 4tb choice.

There are quite a few players who should be looking for other opportunities, and given the improving quality of our youth I am hoping we can replace “squad” players with them and focus on one or two quality!

I for one am exited about pre season. Get to see the youngsters in action!

Goal scoring midfielders.
If the front 3 don't score we usually really struggle. Ox can score double figures. If Keita can train on he could maybe score 10.

I dunno, matip has improved so much it could be difficult for young joe to start every game. He is good cover at rb. I mean him and lovren have both been fit for a while and they have both barely played. Lovren once and gomez once (as a rb) don't get me wrong, gomez looked class before his injury, but matip has looked class since his return from injury.

I didn't truly believe he had it in him. I liked him before he came to liverpool. Isn't he another chelsea reject?
