Damn it. We didn't believe hard enough in Burnley. Let's all hope and believe super hard in Leicester.

Fair play to Burnley for at least digging in and making it tough for them. Leicester do though have much for of a threat going forward here’s praying for a Vardy party 🎉.

I don't think there is any hope, City are just too good. : (.

Is there a touch of sarcasm in that post Benny? 😉.

4.) 28 Apr 2019

In fairness, you have to score against City to get anything off them, and burnley just never looked like doing that.

Why are you so happy Benny? What do you gain from such a sarcastic post? Go and join Harry on the City page.

I’ll believe until the last ball is kicked. What will be will be but while there’s still a chance I’ll keep the faith.

I still hold convincingly that this isn't the whole details in this season title story. Somehow (call me deluded) I still believe strongly that the wait is over. It could have easily ended 0-0 today but for a slice of luck for Aguero but whether LEI of BHA I don't know. Newcastle will be difficult and that should be our focus but so will Wolves. Although, I think we'll just manage a win in both and will get a favor somewhere. Nothing is impossible to them that believe guys. It will happen just believe!

It's not over until it's over, we're going to win the league. I've said for weeks it'll be Leicester who will take points off them. Today's result is no surprise. City are trying bless them ;) but they'll be second in the end.

{Ed025's Note - i love your optimism salah..

got to commend City, they put the fear into the opposition. watching a team literally stand there and let the ball roll to City's players and equally let them stroll into their box was frustrating. But that is what City do to you, and in the end it was just a fine margin that got City over the line, unbelievably fine margin!

It's 3am here, must be getting desperate getting up at this time to watch one team play football.!

no wonder burnley rely on defense and long balls. Attacking wise they are worse than manu. Looks like Leicester will have the defence and attack to do man city in. I'd say there is an 80 percent chance for a draw. Brighton won't be able to handle city. So we have 2 tough games and city have 1 extra tough game. The title is still very much on but pretty much over if city win leicester.

Glad you're back on here, Salah, mate. I too love your optimism. You've never faltered in your belief, though I wish I shared it. Fair play to you.

{Ed002's Note - I don’t think he left.}

I agree Wise it is Leicester or game over.

Leicester will get samahse.

That's right Benny or Captain Obvious, you should be ashamed of yourself for not believing in Burnley, you need renewed belief for Leicester and Brighton. Sort it out son.

28 Apr 2019 16:47:46
Newcastle will be tough next week especially after the Barcelona game hopefully we find a way to win but with all the talk of Rogers helping us to win the title the irony could be Rafa ending our hopes.

16.) 28 Apr 2019
28 Apr 2019 16:49:20
How about a 0-0 against BHA?

17.) 28 Apr 2019
28 Apr 2019 16:54:22
You let us down Benny, basically you cost us the league through your lack of faith 😔.

Good to see people revelling in a Man City victory.

What's more important than being right on the internet after all?

Have to say I doubted city would drop points and I thought the league was done when they beat spurs. But after watching them today I’m wondering if a little bit of nerves are starting to kick in. I never thought Burnley would get anything from city but after today I have faith that Leicester can.
So I’m changing my mind and saying the league isn’t theirs just yet.

Ashy.
City are progressively playing worse with every game. That much is true. I hope you're right about Leicester. Always thought Brendan was a top manager! 😁.

28 Apr 2019 17:28:21
It's not over till the trophy is given out, we now have 2 tough games and so do city. Anything can happen in football, current form says city will win it by 1 point. But they are not smashing teams now, very nervy today 4 CB on at the end. Come on red men.

22.) 28 Apr 2019
28 Apr 2019 17:29:09
City ruined Rogers best season for us, his players are playing for their future under him, they can also claim 7th place and possible Europa for next season.

Leicester may lose, but they will be playing to win.

23.) 28 Apr 2019
28 Apr 2019 17:29:30
Burnley, united and spurs were the hardest, I think its Leicester at home which means it'll be a cricket score!

Have to say I enjoyed that one Benny😂 Some people just don’t get banter unfortunately 🙈.

I must be missing something. Benny's post was no big deal. Or has much gone on that I'm not aware of with his posts lately?

With 15 wins and 15 losses, that Leicester team plays to win, even if they lose while trying. They even have less draws than us. So if Rodgers can get his players motivated and get his "soak up the pressure, press them high on the pitch and hit them on the counter" tactic right, it could be an interesting game.
