So it looks like Man City are looking for a player to take over from Fernandinho in the next few windows do you think we mite have got Fabinho at just the right point. Surly they would be looking at him now if he was still at Monaco.

OP, not sure if Fab was ever in the equation. Pep wanted Fred and/ or Jorginho and they opted for other clubs. Maybe he looked at him BUT clearly did not want him.
