Did anyone get a ticket through the Members this morning?
We didn't get ours, been every Europe fixture since Olypiakos so they must be very very in demand. Bigger stadium needed.

It is not right how the system works. I have tried many times to get tickets through the membership route with zero success. I have to get my tickets from other sources.

Mark you have to go to so many matches and certian matches to obtain tickets for big nights in Europe you cannot just expect to say oh i want a ticket for that game and get one that's not how it works.

I know how it works. I never mentioned Europe. I went to all the matches in previous years because I went to qualifying. I am talking in general the membership system does not work for league games.

I have previous games and didn't get all the tickets I wanted.

But I would keep checking on late availability- some more usually get released for CL games

Completely agree Mark. I gave up the membership about 2 years ago as I never got near a ticket, was just a waste of money in the end.

Me and my son both have a membership and I have tried a few times but as you say no where near. Years ago it was much easier. We only go to about 5 games a year now because so expensive.

I’m fortunate to have a season ticket but I totally sympathise with you guys.

What really annoys me about today’s game and I’m not just talking about the last few years, I go back to the early 90’s when division 1 turned to the premier league and the evil that is sky sports.

We now watch a game that revolves around sponsohip deals and cooperate seating and hospitality.

The new main stand gave the ground and extra 9,000 seats to which the majority is allocated to hospitality.

It infuriates me when the club can’t sell the cooperate seats for a cold Feb Monday night, I look to the left ( I sit on the kop ) and there’s empty seats.

I feel your pain chaps as you can bet your bottom dollar they’ll be fully allocated for the City game 😡😡.

Alright Drogie. I had a season ticket for 10 years or so. But due to many reasons had to give it up. I now want to go with my son to some home and away games but I have to pay an arm and a leg. I can't see it changing any time soon mate.

My bad I was looking at the away fixture.
Why don’t you sign up to the auto cup scheme? Gets rid of the hassle, although I did get lumbered with paying £47 for a nothing game against Porto.
I don’t see how it could possibly be sold out though, doesn’t make sense to me. Auto cup scheme tickets and people who have been to all 4 home games so far should add up to less than capacity or at max the stadium capacity so there should be enough for everyone.

It’s very frustrating but if you put the effort in and get online when the sales start you will get tickets.
The group sales at the start and mid point of the season are frustrating and I never know how these people can get on yet I’m waiting for 2/ 3 hours and get through the queue and they’re gone.

I will however say I’m not sure what other way they can do it? we have a small portion of season ticket holders in comparison to other teams so we have a good number of tickets to sell we are just that well supported it’s tough but certainly not impossible, I have only been going regular again for 4 years since I moved back up north and I have been to plenty of games and built up a good history where I get preference for games.

My boy is only 9 mate and my Mrs isn't keen on him going to the night matches. I don't mind a one off but couldn't do it 5 or 6 times a season.

I go online for the members sale for the league matches but the queue is hours long and by the time I get through all gone, hospitality left.
