Martin O'Neill will come in save them.

I almost kept a straight face when typing that, too.

Conceding 3 goals in an hour against a team that don't score goals. You would have gotten laughed out of town saying this at the start of the season but they could get relegated unless something starts happening.

The hype from their side thinking they’d achieve something this season aswell. Laughable.

I hope they get relegated.

Too bad the derby is another two weeks away. Their new manager will be in by then.

I really hope it's O'Neill.

As much as I don't have time for Everton I wouldn't like to see them relegated. Sure that's 6 garrenteed point's every season lad's😁.

Liverpool always lose against teams with new managers - the players have to make an impression before the transfer window opens.

I hate this bitter attitude towards our neighbours, it’s funny to see them get the odd trouncing but in reality seeing them like this is actually quite sad.

I am more worried about how easy we capitulate to care about what Everton are doing.

Johnny Barnes:

Nonsense mate! Do you think ANY Evertonian would feel sorry for us if the roles were reversed!

Ford Long:

Spot on!

Barry:

Agreed!

Everton are experiencing the same probs as us damage done in summer transfer window we didn't strengthen the areas that blatantly needed addressing only difference is we want too get in top 4 an we on the outskirts of that, Everton have surprised me how bad they are, but I am not surprised we are not in top 4 rite now as our squad is weakest of the top 6, an in all honesty couple of more key signings by us in the summer an we would ov been rite there, me personally I think that's criminal for a club our size an expectancy levels, we should prepare like winners an not average joes.

Hailstones, give over with "it is criminal for the club of our expectancy" stuff cos you may not have noticed, we have been bang average at best since Rafa left with 2 CL appearances since then. We are rebuilding after the mess BR left behind and it took him 3 years to ruin it and it will take as much if not longer to fix it. Until then, it will have to be incremental progress and top 4 is what we have to chase right now. The arrogant self entitled stuff needs to end cos it is supported by NOTHING in reality.

Also, there is no way on this earth are we going thru the same thing they are. Their summer business was rank awful and many of us said so at the time. Slah alone dwarfs EVERY signing (all 10 of them) they made and we had obviously a better window than they did, global even tho, we could like every other club who did not get all their targets, could have done more.
