Look at the flip side of it. Liverpool have always said 30million. Palace have constantly not bid that. If they don't pay the price, then I'm sorry, they don't get the player! Pretty obvious now.

Don't you think it's worth it to make Palace sweat it out for 24-48 hours to see if you can get 25Million? Has Palace bid for any other center back this summer?

They are struggling and are desperate to tighten the back line, they've shown their interest so I think they'll stump up a bit more and we'll meet in the middle somewhere 27-28 million maybe.
