great result still shambolic at the back but it ain't been a bad start to the season only for a last minute goal against watford would of been 4 victories and that's without lallana and coutinho who if Barcelona did offer 138m i would take the money now and move on its not all about coutinho its about L. You don't need ccoitinho coz we beat a team that played highline throughout 90 mts. All we had to do was to put the ball in the vacant area behind their CB's for someone to run? Had they parked the bus the result would have been different!

{Ed001's Note - but they couldn't do that because we beat them last week, so it is irrelevant. We did beat a Palace side at the weekend that parked the bus though.}

Harry is spot on. If you want to delude yourself into thinking that we don't need Cou anymore then, have at it but you will be in for a rude awakening as that is not true.

We may be good BUT Cou definitely makes us much better as the preseason clearly showed, end of story. Klopp, FSG and many of our fans know that which is why we are not selling. Why accept to be good when clearly. we can be better? Very myopic thinking, really.

Chelsea, Man Utd, City, Arsenal - he generally scores or assists. If we're going to win the title, we need a player like this.

Wolf, if you think Cou is inconsistent then you are not looking at the finer details. Players lose form during the season and that is normal so don't get why this is a criticism?

Now, if the opposing team is literally changing the way it defends against you just cos you have one player on the pitch? Then, it does not matter if he scores or not cos right there, he is already having an impact and he has not even touched the ball yet. Cou is often marked by two players when he has the ball but many don't see it cos he is supremely talented and able to get out of tight spaces so we all take it for granted.

Trust me, his mere appearance on the pitch is enough. Same w/ Bobbie. He may not score BUT he is a nightmare for the opposition. Just take a look at last night. Even if he did not score, he would have been MOTM cos he single-handedly terrorized their defence.
