Just a question for one of the Eds. If LFC pay Roma the fee for Salah and the club get a transfer ban, will they have their money back?

Even if Liverpool are issued with a transfer ban which for me is extremely unlikely, then I can't possibly see it being enforced for this summer transfer window.
