With this incredible news finally confirmed, and a great deal of hope going forward, I think we all need to remember to be patient.

We shouldn't expect Klopp to challenge for the title. Nor do I think it's realistic to expect top 4 (although it's possible); given how mediocre we've been.

Klopp needs time to put his mark on this team. When he tookover for BvB he improved results, but he did not challenge for title for a few seasons.

So, we should certainly expect improvement in performance, and likely in results. But no title challenge and not top 4, though it would obviously great if Klopp could pull it off. But again -- we should not expect it.

Excited to see improvement and excited for next summer's transfer window, and excited to see how current assets like Firmino and Sakho bloom under Klopp's guidance.

Agreed, we shouldn't expect anything, but we can hope for it! The premier league is, in my opinion, at its weakest for some time. Utd are not what they once were, nor are Chelsea. City and Arsenal look good, and spurs are doing what they normally do, playing topsy-turvy football. With JK coming in we have a real opportunity to grab a CL spot in my opinion, but we will need to show the passion and fast at King football we showed with SAS up front the season before last. I can see it happening, but I won't be expecting it.

Come on you red men - and Jurgen, welcome to the greatest club in the world!

But when he took over Dortmund they were very a poor side. We have the bais of agood team here. Just need a few tweaks here amd there read goalkeeper and centreback

I don't mind results not coming but what i feel again is that with klopp we will not be limiting our expectations as we did under previous managers bar rafa.

I totally expect us to at some point win the league under him and hopefully another european cup. 4,5 years down the line who knows but i have much more faith in his abilities than i have had in any other manager we have had in recent times.

The biggest thing for me is he has already reignited my passion for the game and i want to watch and feel every part of the journey we will take together. There will be dark days but as long as the players are putting their all into the cause just like klopp i will be proud and support with pride.
