Not pacy enough for how we play in my opinion.

As much as I like Irish lads playing for Liverpool, I'm not sure that'd be the best idea if it there's anything in it.
He's good on the ball, but makes mistakes with his positional play nearly every time he plays for Ireland. Now admittedly, having pure dirt like Matt Doherty play with him for Ireland doesn't help him, nearly any time I pay attention to Brentford, he seems to be making mistakes for them as well.
idk maybe that's a false impression I'm getting.

Homegrown Liverpool fan who can play CB and RB. He’d be a good Gomez replacement as he’s far more robust and similar in terms of ability.

SR, we’d hopefully not be going for him as a starter. But reports are that Gomez and/ or Quansah could leave so we might need a sensible HG signing at CB.

His father was on liverpools books late 80s early 90s. don't think he ever made 1st team tho.

“Reports are” = “I want”.

Why0why, that's a big leap and also totally incorrect. I don't want either to leave, as it's not a priority in my opinion. You don't typically rotate CB's so the priority for me should be replacing Konate with a new starting option who is better on the ball and not as injury prone.
However, there are lot's of reports of interest in Quansah and Gomez from other Premier League sides and they might fancy more 1st team football opportunities. In that scenario Collins would make sense as a low cost HG player.

No disrespect to Nathan Collins but we would be going backwards if we sign him . He is not at the elite level for LFC .
