Ed002 with declan rice looking unlikely to move anywhere this summer could he let his contract run down the following season or do you see him moving next summer? Think he would be a great player for Liverpool.

Even though many here are talking about Declan the player himself wants Chelsea and is a massive Chelsea fan. Now if Chelsea want him is another thing but I don't see why we would even try to pursue him. Pluss even though a good player I think he is a tad overated.

If Rice was from Macedonia, he'd be worth about 20m.
He's a good player, but is he that much better than say Bissouma (bar the legal issues)?

I think Rice is among the best of his age group when he plays box to box. As a holding midfielder, he merely does a job and that is why he looks average for England. People often forget he's still only 23. At a similar age Henderson was nearly swapped for Clint Dempsey!

I'd take Rice at Liverpool but he has become over rated by some. Worth £50m tops. Nowhere near the £150m West Ham reportedly want.
