Hear on some rumour sites that PSG may be interested in NK (no idea why) .
Anyone think that getting Gini back plus some cash might be a good move.
Gini is not great but would be a solid squad member giving the younger guys chance to further develop.

{Ed025's Note - bad idea that Otts. Never go back mate it very seldom works..

You are probably right Ed but he knows JKs system and could maybe help to close out games which we have struggled with on occasions.

{Ed001's Note - please god no! He was not good enough in the first place, which is why Klopp spent so much money trying to replace him. Now his replacement is finally settling in properly (Thiago) and you want to bring the ghost back to hide at times when we would need him to actually show up???}

Agree with the 'never go back' comment Ed.

Wasn't the greatest Gini fan - he dithered on the ball too often BuT ball retention and energy levels way better than Keita.

I'm offering to drive NK to Paris and will pick up GW on the return , :)

{Ed025's Note - by all means take naby with you ted. He has been a bitter disappointment mate.” And-you can bring rose with turned up nose but don’t bring Gini “ ..?

Still better than Naby any day.

In fact anyone of us can be better than Naby. ?.

I’ll always have a soft spot for Gini because of the Barcelona game but no. Would rather Elliot gets the chance again like he did last season.

Naby will get a new contract and I hope fans start appreciating him.

{Ed001's Note - until he pulls his finger out of his backside and plays like he can do, he deserves no appreciation.}

NK to PSG, don't knock it, embrace it.
As much as I want every Liverpool player to succeed, it's not a perfect world.

Gini was anonymous for large portions of games/ seasons but his greatest asset was always being fit and available, something by Keita, Ox and even Thiago have lacked.

If gini was accepting a role as a squad player and accepting that Jones and Elliot are a head of him in the pecking order I would take him back in a heartbeat! But I doubt his is the case and we should realistically be looking for a first team midfielder who could potentially replace hendo in the next few years.

NK has shown he does not have the appetite for the big challenges . His form is patchy as is his fitness, and IF he does get a new contract, it needs to be on wages that mirror those things.

Klopp won't take back a player he's previously coached. Hummells and maybe Goetze are the only 2 I can think of that he's brought back.

I don't think he brought back Hummels or Goetze but he did bring back Kagawa and Sahin.
