Ed002 am not sure how true it is but I just see Fulham after Williams on loan do you think Liverpool could use that in a deal to sign carvalho with him staying on loan. Fulham would seem to get a better deal with getting the extra player.
I do think Ed £5m is a bit of a joke bid if they want £12m just pay it it's nothing today for a player.

Apparently Fee agreed with Fulham for Fabio Carvalho. Medical underway and Neco and Carvalho to be loaned to Fulham until the end of the season.

Seems like everyone is happy then, Fulham get a bigger fee and keep him on loan till end of season plus neck, Liverpool get their man, all be it for slightly more than they initially wanted, but probably karma for what they eventually paid for Elliott? Sounds like the 3rd party played a negotiating blinder Ed? That's if it's completed in time 🤞.
