With Chelsea possibly looking to cash in Timo Werner do you think Liverpool would bid and also would we want him? He's not had the best time in the Prem so far but was on Jurgen's list a season or so ago. I know its a bit of an open question but do we think he would thrive under Klopp?

Ed speaking about home grown players have we ever been interested in Harvey Barnes? I think him or Bowen would be great signings.

He didn’t click last year and I’m sure he’s better than that, but I don’t see a top class player in there myself. his passing looks bad to me, especially as he was deployed behind the centre forward often and didn’t offer enough there.

Actually Werner's metrics thru the middle at Chelsea are very good, he just doesn't play there much. He stinks it up at the wing. He's caught a case of Griezmanatis, second striker that plays off big guy with freedom to roam, has trouble adjusting playing in front 3 in more structured and defined role.

Mflis, the guy is pants at the moment. No amount of sugar costing can change that. It is up to him to do better or remain dreadful.
