With the impact of the virus being understated,
Do you think as a club we will look to lower our wage bill.

E. g allow Clyne, Lallana, Shaqiri, Lovren etc to leave and allow only youth to replace them?

Given we are at a big £310m a year it’s going to be difficult to not feel the impact.

Could save us over £300k a week!

{Ed002's Note - The club will look to lower the wage bill but whether it will be through replacing players with youth I would doubt, certainly in the case of Lovren. Clyne and Lallana are out of contract and will seek new clubs. The club has the chance to replace Lovren and use Saqiri in the deal but the opportunity to sell Lovren has diminished in recent days - so the club will need to be proactive.}

Hello Ed02, other than Roma has any other club expressed interest in Lovren. Seems Roma are happy with Smalling.

{Ed002's Note - Not at this time as far as I know.}

Do you think it is a mistake to try and get that Sevilla CB? Obviously he would come in as a starring role. But surely that would lead to Gomez reviewing his position in the team?

{Ed002's Note - It is clear that Klopp has been looking to strengthen by adding a starting CB. Whether or not it happens now is to be seen.”

Ed do you no if we have expressed our interest in DC to Sevilla or his agent as of yet?

{Ed002's Note - The club is aware of interest from Liverpool and Real Madrid.}

I’d wager he’s more likely to go to Real than come here, swaps rarely ever happen regardless of Sevilla’s interest In Shaqiri and if the player is settled in Spain he’ll probably opt UK stay there.

{Ed002's Note - There are numerous player exchanges every season - and there will be even more this season. Liverpool won’t do anything about him if they cannot sell Lovren.}
