Can any of the eds confirm whether we have a deal in place to sign harvey elliot from fulham.

{Ed002's Note - I know there has been a lot of interest in the kiddie and I know that one of the interested sides is Liverpool. Whether or not there has been agreement over the compensation I don't know - this is obviously nothing to do with the first team - it is an academy matter.}
