Hi Eds, apparently Barcelona have offered Ousmane Demebele to Liverpool as long as we match there valuation. I believe we had previous interest in the past, i think Klopp liked him. Would this be someone we would go for as a Salah replacement should he leave knowing that he is available?

{Ed002's Note - Ousmane Demebele would obviously be a Salah replacement but I suspect a move to Liverpool is unlikely and I am not aware of Barcelona offering him to Liverpool- but they are certainly not happy with him.}

Well said port red. Not to go against anything the OP said but, if Barcelona are trying to call us out on prices for their reserves, they might want to take a step back and look at the 6 times European Champions record of selling them OUR reserves.

Already said it but i reckon dembele would be a Sturridge replacement. As salah is not leaving this year. And there was interest last year when Salah certainly wasn't leaving. And they play on opposite sides of the pitch.

I keep seeing "dembele plays on the opposite side to Salah" but he's left footed right? Klopp has the system setup so the wingers cut in on their strongest foot meaning dembele would go be for the right side.
