So reports now coming out we are looking to sign both Fekir and Pulisic in the next window. Would love it to be true but can't see it really. I'd say at most one of them.

Rather fekir, Pulisic probably the better player but we need the options fekir can provide in the middle ad well ad covering the front three.

Won't be both. Probably Fekir as Pulisic will be too pricey. Fekir can play in midfield and attack so he replaces Coutinho both in midfield and attack. Pulisic would be a bit of a luxury imo.

If we sign both that mean salah is as good as gone.

4.) 13 May 2018

We need both. Fekir to add creativity to our midfield and Pulisic to provide another option on the wings. At the moment if either Mane or Salah are tired or injured we have nobody available to cover them without a significant drop in quality, that needs to change.

Firmine

How is Pulisic better than Fekir? Lol, Fekir is one of the best in europe. Pulisic is not even the best winger in Germany. Fekir is a leader. A true gem!

Why not both players with none of our main players going.

If we want to start challenging for the league, this is what it will take.

Why not sign both?! We have the Coutinho money, this seasons Prem League money plus money from this seasons champs league run. I can see us spending £200 million this window easy.

As well as the players mentioned we need a new keeper, but I bet my house on it klopp will stick with karius, which in my opinion is a mistake.

10.) 13 May 2018
13 May 2018 08:19:47
Fekir would be a welcome addition. With the front 3 being signed to long term deals (soon), and if Pulisic is brought in, it tells you a lot about what Klopp thinks of Woodburn, Wilson, Ojo and Kent. All paths up from the U23s would lead nowhere for the next few years.

hailstones I agree karius is very good number 2 see a report yesterday on bbc sports page top 6 managers how much they spent per point. pep was £2.06m per point Mourinho £1.78m per point Klopp £0.
so I think its time he got backed a bit more if we won't to challenge for the league. so I don't see why we can't have both players after this champions league run. we have just got to get today out of the way first.
COME ON REDMEN YNWA.

Grino

We simply cannot pay the wages City pays to their fringe players!

Since Salah will almost certainly leave, imo, probably sooner rather than later, then if Klopp knows that he wants Fekir and Pulisic, may as well try to get them in now, if the money is there. It's not going to get any easier to win the title in 2020 than it will be in 2019.

Dortmund have to sit down and talk to Pulisic suitors anyway, since he can do a Bosman in 18 months.

Signing Fekir and Pulisic would give us serious quality that we currently lack. We lack quality attacking depth, Pulisic gives us a very good option and would push mane and Salah hard for a start. Fekir for me would be part of a midfield 3 playing a more attacking role out of the 3 and can also cover Firmino if he couldn’t play.
Alongside these 2 I’d sign a RB, GK and a back up for Hendo.
I believe then we would be able to challenge on all fronts.
YNWA.

Cellabos will most likely be done deal. Cellabos is only player Ed has backed as being 100% true in our attentions. So both pulisic and fekir is unlikely. CB. RB. GK still required.

Stop reading newspaper trash it's a money making racket.

Exactly truthhurts. debates happen daily on here about players we are not even interested in and people end up getting excited over nothing. We will continually be linked with players 99% of them being fabricated click bait to sell papers. surely by now football fans have learned not to get excited over every player we are linked with on the back pages, the papers know nothing about our plans or dealings.

We still have people thinking it is crazy that we might spend big. Even after Vvd Keita Ox Salah etc. It doesn't matter that Salah turned out a bargain or that we offset those buys by getting ridiculous money on sales like Coutinho. It's clear klopp has money available and would have spent money last summer if he could do have "persuaded" targets to join. Also Coutinho was sold to make money if he didn't force his way out he'd still be here and it would not have changed our signings since.

I just watched a youtube video that showed 5 players linked with lfc. Fekir jorghino pulsic. Maddison of Norwich and Neves of wolves. I would definitely go for neves for his long range passing and shooting. Looked as good as SG at those attributes
Oh of the others I would get Fekir or Maddison.

Sorry I meant Coutinho wasn't sold to make money.

Langland neves has always been a good player and it was a bit of a coup that wolves signed him.

Neves has proven he can do it in a more physical league and in a colder climate. That lad speaks impeccable English too so can fit in right away. He’s a seriously talented lad.

Why do you always have to be so myopic Harry? If you could see beyond the end of your nose you wouldn't get so much grief on here!
