Ed002 In the Sharkopod you mentioned some possible incomings, there was Max Meyer and Diego? What was the second name of the player mentioned after Meyer. I hope this doesn't come across as insulting it's just I got in the pool earlier with my phone still in my pocket so the sound is really fuzzy.

So did Paul Ince and Peter Beardsley. As I recall they did pretty well at lfc.
I would also be happy to wager that Vardy scores more goals than any lfc player.

I've been saying Zaha would be decent all summer. I'm not convinced on him, he flashes hot and cold but I think klopp would turn him into a really good player. If we signed vardy I would be gutted, decent player but j***er. I felt for ranieri last season and could just imagine Jamie orchestrating the mutiny. He bottled the move to arsenal coz he'd rather be a big fish in a small pond. But mostly I'm against lfc signing players who look like lizards. Full stop.

Zaha is a winger, we need a creative midfielder if Couts leaves and with Lallana out for months. Makes no sense to sign Zaha, who'd probably demand a fee of £40m in this crazy market, and have him on the bench because he's no way getting in front of Mane and Salah. And Vardy? Where does he play? Another striker to go on the bench. One of him or Studge would forever be on the bench. Ths is just nonsense. stop the nonsense.

As Gregarious points out Zaha is in a position already covered and can't player anywhere else. He is very very important to Palace so they will rightly want massive money. Probably Sakho as well. Plus he tried moving clubs once and it didn't work, question would still be is he someone who won't prosper away from home. Ultimately lots of reasons not to buy him. (Oh and if they have any sense Palace will want to recoup for LFC selling them the massive damp squib that is Benteke) .
