Sigurdson is exceptionally good at set pieces but he is nothing special around the park. The lad puts a shift in but for 80-100k a week I'd put in an even better shift.

Sigurdsson stands out in a poor team but failed with his step up last time. Not quite good enough for top 6 but a good player non the less not LFC quality!

Titi doesn't no anything. He is jumping on the band wagon. 3 days since we heard of our interest and still no bid or approach from Liverpool. We seem to always spend loads of time monitoring chasing players that are out of reach when we could go for more viable options. Him and VVD not happening but I guess we can say, hay at least we tried.

No its not just set pieces. It his is final ball in general (why he good at set pieces) that would be my concern I just don't know how good he is defensively. He makes things happen although we don't really have the sort of target man that a player like Gylfi can find in the air.

Not sure you watched much of Can in the second half of the season ed, really came into his own and I think we've got a real gem on our hands.

The sun must be getting to you ed! Gylfi is just like Dempsey mate and cans performances in the latter half of the season would walk into most premier league teams first eleven. I'm glad you're doing well in the market but there's levels and the lads you lot are after just aren't at that level.

Think your a bit off on that one Ed Can is young and improving a lot gylfi is not going to change from what he is. Set pieces are good but doesn't do much else would still be at spurs if he was good enough matey!

Poch has said he'd love him back at spurs and that the club made a mistake letting him go. Sigurdsson is a great player and as much as I like Can and the effort he puts in for the club I still think he's lacking in quality that Gylfi has. He gives the ball away cheaply and concedes a lot of needless fouls in our half that then puts an already fragile defence under more pressure. Can has time to improve but Gylfi is definitely the better player at the moment!
