It's obviously Konchesky they are watching, not Dack.

I just googled the name and was shocked to see he's an attacking midfielder.

Message to Liverpool scouts:
1 - Well done for continuing to look at English talent in the lower leagues
2 - look for some players in positions we need and not positions we've got 12 players for!

I think there is talent out there, look at Burke at forest, at the end of the day, Phil Neal, Alan Hansen, Steve Nicol, Ronnie Whelan all came from lower leagues. All I want is us to sign competent players who can develop and improve our starting 11.

Whether Nicole or Hansen came from lower leagues means nothing in present day football due to better scouting and youth academies, most of the good young players will be picked up by the bigger clubs at a young age.

Just as Vardy, Mahrez and Kante were, AG?

AG. that's the key word. Most.

Kante never played in the championship.

He said lower leagues, Yipster, pretty sure Kante played in Ligue 2 with Caen just as Mahrez did with Havre.

Kante hadn't played much top flight football though.

Just to add as well that Delle Ali played lower league football too. As did Ramsey. As did Gareth Bale and Lallana for that matter? Just because they are currently playing in the lower leagues doesn't mean there aren't good players to be found. Dilbert.

Red Sandman.

Kante came through the lower leagues in France until he got signed by Caen while playing in the equivalent of League One after being watched once by Caen's DOF. He played two years at Caen then opted for LC over Olympique Marseille. And the rest is history. Moral of the story? if you have your scouting network on point with the right ideas and philosophy, you'll get the players you need. Just ask Leicester City.

We don't play with attacking midfielders so I'm writing this rumour off. 😎.
