good day eds and reds,
i was thinking about a position in the team in which I believe we are quite overloaded.the attacking midfield role.we have coutinho, suso, teixeira and alberto.
now obviously coutinho is the first choice and currently better than the rest.
talking about the other three lads, suso is my choice to be the next big thing.he is good technically, got good vision, and has a bit of a bite in his play.ive not seen teixeira play that often but the others on here feel he is a better prospect than suso.alberto is bit of a mystery to me.he's a good talent and the small glimpses I've seen of him in the league he has been pretty decent.nothing fancy but gets the job done.but yet his playing time was very limited.
i for one would like to see all three staying at the club to see how they develop within our squad.
do u guys think they would all stay and what are your thoughts on them?ed1 would like to get to know your opinion as well if your around.
cheers

{Ed002's Note - You can add to that the club are also attempting to strike a deal for Lallana. There was some interest in Coutinho but right now I expect him to stay. Suso will want to stay but will ask for commitments from the club - there is certainly interest in him from Spain. Alberto has let himself and the club down and I suspect he will leave this summer with interest from Spain and perhaps an option in England. Teixeira has, as far as I know, never played for the first team. Perhaps a loan is an option for him.}

eds are v looking at any keepers and do u think v need to strengthen our attack even more in the summer if so who would be likely, strikers or wingers?
cheers {Ed002's Note - I understand that Begovic was considered but it seems he is rather too expensive and still a possible for Manchester United. There was interest in Butland but he has chosen a move to Stoke. There seems to be growing opinion that Liverpool will make an approach for Wigan's Al-Habsi. Given the efforts to take a wide player on loan in January I suspect that still remains a priority with Tom Ince likely to be the first choice still.}

Hi eds. don't post often, regular reader though. The game yesterday was shown by LFC on YouTube for India. Was really good quality too for a nominal fee. What I want to know is, are clubs planning to stream games on YouTube in the near future? Are we moving towards this becoming possible for league games as well with all the broadcast rights issues?

truered2

{Ed002's Note - No, the club cannot do that for anything but friendlies.}

Cheers ed.

I'm sure the champion league and Europa finals where on youtube.

Hi ed, do you think it helps in loaning texeira to a championship club? I personally feel a prem club would be ideal. Or any other team in one of the bigger leagues. Easier said than done though!

truered2

{Ed001's Note - so long as he plays regularly it would help, but I think he would be better playing for us regularly.}

hi eds and reds,
posting after a long time lads.just back from the most boring internship ever.will finally be able to fully focus on the reds.
right lads, is it just me or does anyone think getting in 7-8 new players is a risk? Or do u guys think it is a necessary risk we have to take considering are lack of depth last season?

No idea if fans are fake. But Qatar has a sizable population from Kerala, India. Those guys are football nuts. Given that India is not very good at football, they have a national team that they follow ardently. The villages in Kerala are literally painted in Brazil and Argentina colours during the world cup.

Interesting discussion regarding Lallana's replacement. Jones is obviously talented but isn't he still a bit young? He may need another season or so to break in to the team. I think the player more suited and ready for our 1st team would be Grujic. He's had a decent season in Germany and he does seem to want another chance with us. He can play the AM roles as well. Having said that, I feel Jones does have a higher ceiling than Grujic.
Thoughts on Grujic eds and reds?

truered2

{Ed002's Note - There is no guarantee Grujic would get a Work Permit and I don't think Liverpool are planning on him - particularly given the issue with non Home Grown slots available.}

Apologies for the misunderstanding Something Red. But i've never said or suggested majority of Mo's assists were accidental. My point was merely to show that Mo would rather score himself than look for a pass.
Its pretty obvious that Mo and Mane for that matter do have a selfish streak in them. Being a little selfish is why they get the goals and i have no problem with it.
Cheers.

What does legendarily unselfish even mean mate? Bobby is clearly much less selfish than either Mo or Sadio. More assists doesn't mean he is less selfish. Even the assist he got yesterday against Burnley, he clearly didn't mean to give it to Bobby.
No need to put Bobby down to make Mo look better.
Apologies if you i misunderstood your post.

I feel Walters a troll. Being negative for the sake of it. Wants to show he has a different opinion for the sake of it. Its getting pretty tedious.
I cannot think of a Liverpool fan who at this moment in time is not enjoying the fact that Klopp is making us challenge for the league and champions league, but rather moans for irrelevant nonsense.
