Hi eds just used the search function on a few players I remeber being mentioned a while ago and came across ) L bender and you mentioned that he is an option and we have been watching him was just wondering if this infornation is still valid and if he still seen as an option, cheers

Bayern Leverkusen's Lars Bender has been a player watched by Arsenal and others, including Manchester United, for some time. He recently signed a new contract - but I do think that a bid will be made by Arsenal before the summer.}

Ed I have noticed that it has been mentioned that balotelli may stay due to liverpools asking price and no one wanting ro take a risk on him, will this force liverpool into a loan? And I am sure if he stays that would stop our plans for another striker, imo we needed a bit more than ings. Cheersfor aany input

I remember a pole of the day question before the season started and it was something like "if liverpool aren't getting thw results by Christmas should brendan rodgers be under pressure" and I think most people said no. Just some food dor thought considering it seems a lot of posters want him gone. Me personally am sitting on the fence a bit.

I think the most disappointing thing about our form is the huge affect it has had on our confidence just look at the poll of the day more than half think we won't beat swansea? Its so frustrating because we thought we would beat anyone last season. I hooe rodgers wakes up and smells the coffee and goes back to last seasons tactics of just going for it, we might not have suarez but we have everyone else and a few otgers. A few good results and i'm sure people will perk back up again.

I can't help being omptimistic. Every game I go into it thinking we will win and this one is no different. I am in work and I can hear the madrid fans singing in the street. I can't wait. So for everyone being so pessimistic. Despite our poor form we are above our main top 4 rivals! And madrid are coming to anfield. And we have sturridge to come back which imo will instigate mario banging them in as well as joe allen coming back with can. I am aware we need to improve as qpr performance was dreadful but it wasnt a setback as we luckily got the 3 points. let's hope it serves as a wake up call. Come on redmen we waited for years to get the champions league back I want everyone to enjoy it as much as I am

Yes you can give them a chance in the europa league and the capital one cup but if they do impress during these short cameos and its not ttanslating into regular game time even if ir off the bench in the league it is not benifitting the team or the player

Addan no don't be ridiculous, we are not saying replace our best players with players from the academy, why play allen and not give rossiter or williams a chance? Why play balotelli who doesn't give a toss over sinclair? Why play can in defence when he is a midfielder. I don't mind markovic if he is a liverpool player I will support him all the way but you have to question why he was brougt in when ibe and ojo are here. The same applies to lallana and teixera your opinion makes no sense whatsoever and if you are going to throw insults out calling people laughable when you clearly don't understand the conversation you have to expect it back.
It is obvious rodgers is reluctant to use the academy he is makeing at a waste of time and resources
