Hi eds. any views on the rumours regarding Jan moves for Montoya and hughes also seen some rumours about Kagawa being linked to us . he ain't getting much play time at united oh did we get Asian U16 superstar Amirul Syawal?

Arsenal and Inter made enquiries over the summer but Barcelona have made it clear they do not wish to sell him. Whilst contract talks with Barcelona are at a standstill because he is asking for guarantees they cannot provide, the interest of Arsenal remains. His agent has confirmed he is aware of interest from other clubs including Liverpool. Hughes is available at a price Liverpool don't want to pay. Downing reported to be having a medical at West Ham today. Shame as we need a solid right sided squad player . I guess we will need a couple of the youngsters to come in unless BR has plans to purchase someone else

Woke up to the news that Brendan has dismissed any interest in Balotelli. just felt a bit weird hearing him comment on such speculation. especially noting some of the riduculous media stories linking us with players from all over europe recently . Oh and who will be wearing the no7 shirt this season?

With news circulating that Lucas may be on his way to Napoli . Gerard having less playing time this season . Leaving Hendo and Allen (injury prone lol) leave us a bit light now in the middle? . Maybe there is some truth in the Milner rumours . but would always prefer Lucas

Everyday I get caught up seeing what's happening on the transfer front . But today just made me laugh. one paper reports Bony is on the brink of a 19m move . and we are also in advance talks with lukaku. sounds awesome doesn't it soo far but no there is more apparently Marco Reus is being targeted together with Arda Turan oh and Jay Rodriguez. What the ?. I think its time to sit back and wait and see who comes thru the door . Wish I had this reporters job . good money for doing nothing. Omg what will I do if he is right and they all arrive at Melwood lol. Anyway eds keep up the good work and trying to keep us all in the real world

Just reflecting on the spending Liverpool have dun this year . The owners have taken soo much flac over the years . But we are soo lucky and can't believe how much our squad has improved . though I still think it will be tougher next season than this even with our new additions. I do hope we get to a final or two and a comfortable top four finish will do . can't wait 2c how Brendan does in europe . Benitez was a genius with these fixtures. heres hoping

Just when i'm showing concern who will replace Suaraz . Rueters are now saying the deal for Lazar Markovic will be completed within the nxt couple of hrs as chelsea didn't want to take up the option and the deal was done last nite. if true this guy is quick . talented and is a team player . just the Brendan profile
