Whats the possibility of William carvalho being a Liverpool player next season?
{Ed002's Note - There is interest in Carvalho from a number of clubs still and there have been recent approaches by Juventus, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid. Chelsea seem to have passed on previous interest because of the cost. Sporting would ideally like to keep him a year or two more. The asking price will likely beyond what Arsenal would want to pay and I suspect Manchester United would also baulk at that price unless they see an impending bid from Manchester City. Atletico and Inter would look for a different solution financially. Jorge Mendes was in Manchester in late January to talk to the club about him and was in the UK at the end of March talking to another club about two players. Whether or not he met with Manchester United or not I don't know. At best I would think they have told him that they would like to take the player and would like to sit down with Sporting and him to see if a deal can be done - but they know the price and it is significant and there seems little room for negotiation. Liverpool looked at the player earlier in the year but I am not aware of any interest right now.}

Just glad we won!!!!! My worry is who replaces Jordan now? I love big can but he is a bit away from being a holding mid. We need to play two up top at arsenal because I don't think we are scaring the opposition defence, as good as big ben has been. We need the diamond against arsenal. Just my opinion.

I think Arsenal may have a few problems against us, especially with the battering ram Benteke and their glass defenders, one of which has the turning circle of a jumbo jet.
It's a game in which Coutinho should have a field day, especially if they don't play that defensive midfielder, Cucumber or something, I can't spell his name >_>

If we play 2 up top against any top class side we will get mullered
Our pressing game has gone which means more time on the ball for the opposition and easier to play around what I imagined would be a 2-man centre midfield.
The way forward is 4-2-3-1 but that obviously had implications for several forward-thinking players
Preferred 2 seems to be Hendo and Milner, back up being Can and Allen
3 would be Coutinho in behind, with Ibe one side and Firmino other?

Simple for me.the owners need to come out and say something on our season.if only to keep the fans onside for the summer. Here's to a new season of hope in our hearts. Buy well in the Window and get a togetherness into the squad and don't let anyone pass our ranks.YNWA

Why do they need to publicly say something? Do you really think that FSG are happy with the way the season has unfolded, the talking will be done once the season has finished and Brendan either keeps his job or he's sacked.

Yesterday was exactly the sort of game United used to win, when they were winning the league and not playing well at times. So we need to start being positive for the sake of the team. Just think back how many time did we draw or lose on the back of United winning a game like that. We won not pretty but we won. let's hope brendan puts a rocket up his ass and get the teams mojo back. If we do we will be fine . Maybe take a risk up front with a youngster. Heads up men we will be ok on wed night. YNWA

Cant see this getting done myself as the edd 2 has said he won't be moving as the owner is not willing to let him leave. Edd usually gets it spot on!
