According to gialuca di marzio we have made a bid for andriy yarmolenko and are very close to signing mamadou sakho. On the other hand reports coming out of Portugal saying we are very close to illori, surely we won't sign all 3

Hey eds, You guys have made it quite clear that at the moment, the club is looking for a new centre back. Do you think that this would be someone slightly inexperienced and young, perhaps like Ilori, or do you think we are looking for a more experienced top quality centre back like Sakho.

Sakho has been on the list of targets for many clubs over the past year or so - Monaco, Arsenal and Lyon have sustained interest in Sakho and there has been some interest from Newcastle, Inter Milan, Manchester City and even possible interest lingering interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona. Baader has explained that AC Milan and Liverpool have recently enquired about his availability - but at that time PSG were not keen on selling and the player was then keen to stay. However, Laurent Blanc remains concerned about his attitude and would be willing to let him move on - that could be facilitated after the departure of Leonardo who had been lending him support. Would be an excellent buy for Liverpool if Agger or Skrtel were to move on, and not out of the question - but no offer has been made by the club whilst AC Milan are actively pushing for a deal. Napoli are also considering Sakho as an alternative to Alderweireld but have been put off by the asking price - they might still seek a loan.

Liverpool's interest in Ilori remains but Sporting has given a price that Liverpool has so far been unwilling to meet. They are talking to other clubs about the player as well. If they want a younger player then perhaps they should look at Sporting's Eric Dier who Chelsea are stalling over a deal for. He is cheaper and much is expected of him in the future.}

Hey eds, you mentioned that we had enquired to both turan an lamela's agents . Lots of stories today that we are intereted, do you know if our interest has gone past a general enquiry to the agents

This is not transfer relevant, but I'm attending my first match at anfield on Tuesday v notts county, sitting lower centenary and have a few questions.
1. Where is the best and safest place to park my car?I don't mind walking (max 10 -15minutes ) and I do t mind paying, but want it to be in a safe area.
2. Is the area where I'm sitting good?
3.what's the atmosphere like at league cup matches?

Hey eds, just wanted your ooinion on who is the better player konoplyanka or yarmolenko. Also, I appreciate you don't like to discuss finances, however do you know how much we may be able to.sign either for and is there any interest from us

Hey eds, just to change the mood from willian a little. When commoli was sacked two years ago, you guys said you suspected there was a sinister reason for his sacking and that you would say what it was a few years later. Could now be the time to say?

hi eds, haven't posted in a while. I was just wondering, now that it seems willian is going to join spurs, do you know of anyone else that is similar to him i.e in position, ability, price etc that the club are looking at or potentially may make a move for.
