Ed01.Klopp has a bit of a dilemma, does he keep the same midfield for Monday night, which will be a extremely hard game under the lights at palace. Or, drop one and bring in fab or hendo. Your thoughts on what you would do if you was to make the decision. I'd certainly play Milner and Keita just can't call the other? Ps great day yesterday 😀.

Stu7256

{Ed001's Note - I would drop one to give Fabinho a run out.}

1.) 13 Aug 2018 14:44:07
Hendo will start i belive.

2.) 13 Aug 2018 16:22:23
Milner has better delivery than hendo, so Mili for me.

3.) 13 Aug 2018 14:58:20
Palace away I’d consider hendo Fabinho and Keita. Give everyone Games, but give Fabinho less pressure by playing him aside hendo. Should have plenty of the call, but let’s make sure we aren’t hit on the break.

4.) 13 Aug 2018 16:58:25
Isn’t it nice to have so many options? Milner was brilliant yesterday and put himself at the heart of everything we did, Wijnaldum was disciplined, effective and made things tick. Keita had a brilliant debut and he’ll only get better.

5.) 13 Aug 2018 17:35:29
Big shout ed mate. Who would you drop to get him in? Gini?

{Ed001's Note - I would speak to the sports scientists and check who has knocks etc first before deciding. It would depend on who, if anyone, needed a rest. Otherwise, I have no idea, I would have to have a long, hard think about it.}

6.) 13 Aug 2018 18:10:46
Forget the midfield battle. Give Daniel a start! Love that we can bring a player of his caliber on for ten minutes up 3 nil and he does the job (Shaqiri too) . They may not be happy to do that every week but Klopp has a bloody good head ache with all these options. Fab or Henderson? Gomez or Lovren? Where do we stick Lallana? Absolutely have to hand it to Klopp, Edwards and the owners for pulling off an incredible transfer window and adding to a team that was already electric when on song.

7.) 13 Aug 2018 19:25:15
Hendo, Keita and Milner. I would give Fabinho some time from the bench. Palace away is a fairly tough game for your debut.

8.) 13 Aug 2018 19:52:42
This season rotation of the first 11 will be key but I don’t think it needs to be after just 1 game. Hendo did ok when he came on yesterday but for me the 3 in the middle had already done enough to cement their place in the team for the Palace game.

9.) 13 Aug 2018 20:45:06
There’s a theory that you don’t change a winning line up. Let’s get a goal or two on the scoreboard then think about a change or two. Points first, above everything, then try a change or two.

10.) 13 Aug 2018 21:21:24
I agree the midfield 3 that started yesterday deserve to start against Palace.

11.) 13 Aug 2018 21:43:16
OP, where is the dilema exactly? We have options and the fact that we are not sure who should start in CM, should be making you jump for joy.

12.) 13 Aug 2018 23:39:22
Ed01 that seems a change in mindset for you. I'm sure I remember you saying never change a winning team. Personally I would play Hendo from the start in the next match - Wijnaldum goes missing too often away from home.

{Ed001's Note - I would normally agree, but Fabinho needs to get some time in the team to bed in properly to English football.}

Ed01.not suggesting for a minute it's going to happen or any indication of interest just pure interest in your opinion. Martial, do you rate him and what are your thoughts on him under Klopp (not suggesting it's happening) . I just think he would be a far better player away from Moriniho and I think Klopp could guide him to reach his potential. Cheers .

Stu7256

{Ed001's Note - decent finisher but the rest of his game is poor. He makes the wrong runs, lacks intelligence and relies far too much on pace as he lacks genuine ability. Simply not that good imo. His potential is an average Prem player. Man Utd will be better off rid.}

1.) 26 Jul 2018 14:41:59
Cheers ed.

{Ed001's Note - welcome mate.}

2.) 26 Jul 2018 14:58:13
We've already got Origi.

3.) 26 Jul 2018 15:00:48
Paid way to much for him.

07 Jul 2018 11:40:56
Ed what would your opinion on Harry Wilson linking up with Stevie at Rangers. Would this help in his development or is he going to be on the fringes of the 1st team. I really like the look off him and have hopes he could get a place. Cheers in advance.

Stu7256

{Ed001's Note - not for me, Gerrard has yet to show any coaching ability, he has not been doing the job long enough to judge him. I would rather find a coach that has a good track record than take a punt on someone just because they played for us.}

1.) 07 Jul 2018 13:04:43
Leeds United would be perfect for Harrty Wilson this season under Bielsa’s guidance.

{Ed002's Note - Really? You don't see him barely speaking any English as an issue?}

2.) 07 Jul 2018 13:01:08
Fair point Ed. Cheers.

3.) 07 Jul 2018 13:12:16
Can Bielsa speak Welsh? 😄.

{Ed001's Note - there is supposed to be more Welsh speakers in Argentina than the rest of the world combined, so maybe....}

4.) 07 Jul 2018 13:47:41
Ed what's your opinion on Harry Wilson? Id like to see him break into the first team.

{Ed001's Note - I like his ability, but I would like him to work a bit harder off the ball. Not just defensively, he doesn't find space enough for me when the team is in possession.}

5.) 07 Jul 2018 13:59:08
Many Englishmen couldn’t understand King Kenny at the beginning but he managed to get a bit of success over time.

6.) 07 Jul 2018 14:17:02
Are Celtic not in for Wilson

Clearly better then rangers with Europe.

7.) 07 Jul 2018 15:18:28
In Patagonia ed correct. Apparently Heinze was fluent not sure how true that was.

{Ed001's Note - the Patagonia bit is true, no idea about Heinze though.}

8.) 07 Jul 2018 15:27:40
Thanks for the reply ed, this has been his problem for a few years now hasn't it?

Do you know if he is trying to work on these weaknesses or is he the type of player who is just going to keep playing the way he plays?

{Ed001's Note - I don't know sorry.}

Morning all, have you seen the picture of Le Brom with Pulisic name on the back? Is le Byron doing a Sparky on us!

Stu7256

1.) 07 Jul 2018 08:05:20
Obviously that was Le Bron 😊.

2.) 07 Jul 2018 11:19:15
It's pronounced LA bron.

3.) 07 Jul 2018 11:57:26
It'd be nice wouldn't it, would much rather Pulisic than Fekir.

06 Jul 2018 12:07:24
Just face it the kid will start Number 1 next season. Some may not like it some will. Just get behind him and show him support and encouragement.

With you there, Stu7256 BUT the moaners are already out in force on social medial, spitting their dummies out and spouting incoherent bile.

2.) 06 Jul 2018 18:24:16
Me too, well said stu. If he had had a poor season it would be different but he was progressing. When you look at it that way it would be daft to ditch him. I'd like to see a more humble Karius though.

Let's not forget that he had the bottle to come and apologise to the fans. He is going to get slaughtered by opposition fans so if HD is no1 we are going to have to back him up.
