Just booked Madrid away today and hopefully have got my ticket but as a back up what's the chances of getting a ticket for the Madrid end heard the bernabeau doesn't sell out for the group games of the champions league? Any advice or help appreciated!

Good luck with that - sitting in the Real end and not going insane when they score can lead to an unpleasant experience indeed. And I learnt that as a neutral, not when I actually supported the other guys!

2.) Haha you will stick out like a sore thumb among the Spanish lot.

3.) 05 Sep 2014 10:02:35
They won't score.

4.) I sat with all the Chelsea fans when we beat them 0-1 with Bruno cheyrou scoring the only goal at Stanford bridge some time ago now.
It wasn't the best experience I've ever had lol there were 5 other pool fans close by to me that had my back tho.

5.) Haha I know I'll stick out but would rather be in the ground then travel there and end up watching it in a bar hopefully my tickets sorted anyway thanks for the help boys!

I'm not one for asking questions but something I would like to know if possible? How do the loans work ie. Rodrigo to Valencia aurier to psg does the team benefit from a down payment or something along them lines? Just don't see any other reason why teams would loan there better players .
Thanks

{Ed002's Note - Payment, plus option to buy is the norm in Europe. PSG are looking to make another big buy and have to balance the books, so they pay over the odds over a longer period this way. Suits everyone.}

1.) Thanks for the reply I know it sounded like a stupid question but I just couldn't get my head around it.

While I agree with the Suarez ban I would just like some people's opinions I was due to go over to America on a scholarship and while playing for my team in Liverpool I was on the receiving end of a naughty tackle which broke my leg and then on my return from that someone broke it for a second time all this was over the last few years and I'm in for a knee op which was caused by the leg injuries, so because of that I have been out for over 2 years .
To my point I think repeat offenders of bad tackles should be banned for longer! I know football is a contact sport which is why I said "repeat offenders" but I think something should be done.
I wish someone bit me instead of breaking my leg haha!
Anyway any other opinions?

1.) Agree totally

2.) That's Gerrard Banned then! The number of times he tackles over the ball!

3.) Good point. In many cases the player on the receiving end is taken off and injured for a substantial period whilst the culprit gets a max ban of 3 games.

What I think will be difficult though is proving intent as without this it would get very messy trying to prove severe action is warranted

4.) Yes Suffolk red I agree 100% I think maybe one or two tackles maybe give them say a 3-5 game ban after that a little bit more and then if it happened again maybe ban them for the same time as the injured playDr is out for, which may deter the nastiness.
I think 99% of the time you can tell by the players face/expression if there's any intent.

Tomorrow will remind me of how proud I am to be a Liverpool fan whether your from Liverpool like me or anywhere around the world we will all be feeling pride at the final whistle no matter what the results!
I would put my house on the atmosphere at the end of the game at anfield to be louder than any other stadium around the country even if the title isn't ours!
We can all still dream stranger things have happened.
I am already looking forward to next season onwards and upwards.

Just interested in people's opinions I would be very happy with Cole/contreao konoplyanka/tello and lallana and the return of the loans apart from assaidi as it looks like he's signing for stoke.
I also think that it's a realistic list of players and then I believe our squad would have enough strength in depth with good options from the bench?
Any opinions?

Btw imagine the highs at 9.30 if villa were to sneak a 1-0 victory I would certainly forget the palace game!

SB96

1.) Coentrao would be excellent and affordable, if we couldn't get lallana and I don't think we will I would love Arda Turan!

2.) Would Contrao be affordable? Transfer fee maybe but signing on and wages I would think he would want a lot of money (especially as in Spain the tax for foreign players is a lot less than here).

3.) He would make a huge difference to the team. We would have a proper left back and be able to play flanno at right back. This solves 2 problem possitions for us in one go.

4.) Wouldn`t mind Coentrao at all BUT defo don`t need to break the bank to get him. But we should defo try IMO.

5.) 08 May 2014 05:53:31
Ed02 reckons he's affordable for us, if we can offload Johnson or at least reduce his wage demands it could help!

IF coutinho goes which I hope he doesn't what if we replace him with a world class striker who gets 30+ goals a season and drop bobby back into the number 10 role? I personally think that's his best position?

{Ed025's Note - i might have mentioned that before mate..
