So I'm guessing this would just be in anticipation of a possible move next year. Seems weird though, with so much that could happen between now and then - hense why I assumed the pre contract.

First time poster, long time reader.

Eds, with both Macca and other posters confirming Keita (his reps) is house hunting in Liverpool, would this be for a move this year or anticipation of next?

I'd assume some type of contract is already in place for him to be house hunting already? There were rumors that RB accepted an offer and is just saving face now (hard to believe) but can see Keita agreeing a pre contract bringing him in next July.
