Lol I can't argue with that mate.

15 Oct 2017 10:14:26
Hey guys, when did we last score a goal from a coner kick? I don't remember at all.

1.) 15 Oct 2017 10:43:54
Good question, me either.

2.) 15 Oct 2017 11:02:40
πŸ€”no clue either.

3.) 15 Oct 2017 11:32:37
Never liked out swinging corners I feel that's a huge part of the problem.

4.) 15 Oct 2017 11:37:32
Skrtel against Arsenal at Anfield I'm nearly sure.

5.) 15 Oct 2017 13:04:16
Matip and Lovren both scored headers from corners away to Palace last season when we won 4-2 i think.

6.) 15 Oct 2017 15:11:17
Ahh yes you are spot on IB.

7.) 15 Oct 2017 20:58:46
That's a while back, IB I must admit.

8.) 15 Oct 2017 20:58:46
That's a while back, IB I must admit.

9.) 16 Oct 2017 09:10:24
Away to Palace last year we scored two, that's the last I remember.

27 Sep 2017 04:30:25
Hi ed01, don't you think Firmino has to be dropped for Sturridge? We need a "Harry Kane" alongside Mane and Salah.

{Ed001's Note - no, Firmino might need a rest but certainly not dropping and Sturridge was terrible last night, there is no way he did enough to push himself ahead of Firmino.}

1.) 27 Sep 2017 04:43:06
Not related to the OP (apologies RE), but Ed do you think any team will be strong enough to challenge Real Madrid this season?
I don't know what it is about them, but they are just a machine at the moment.

{Ed001's Note - considering they have only won half of their league matches, they are a machine with a lot of niggles in the machinery.}

2.) 27 Sep 2017 06:54:13
Danny would need at least a full season without any disruption to come back to his old! He has lost that pace and takes that extra bit of touch! His technique is still first class! That half volley he blasted above the GK proves it!

3.) 27 Sep 2017 07:22:06
If we're going to start dropping Firmino for anyone (apart from the odd rotation) it would have to be a striker we can trust to lead the line game in game out. and Sturridge isn't that player, not sure he will be ever again.

4.) 27 Sep 2017 07:36:58
I agree I think firmino looked a little jaded but nothing more and to e fair the guy is on the go the whole game every game so it's to be expected.

5.) 27 Sep 2017 09:31:57
Agreed Johnbarnes on Firmino. His touch was off and he seemed to be snatching at chances as his last chance when he blazed over w/ o even looking at where the goal was, showed. He may need a rest but Studge was useless as well so there you go.

6.) 27 Sep 2017 11:29:04
Firmino has cost us the game. Simple. Stop papering over the cracks and looking for excuses.
I don't get the whole pussy footing Around the Players, if they've played terrible just say it.
The Game has gone, we blew it. Now bring on Newcastle and start scoring all these chances.

7.) 27 Sep 2017 13:18:45
Firmino looks like he has a touch of pub player at times. Was aweful yesterday.

He can't play any other position other than pretending as a striker. Pressing striker.

But can't fault him for efforts. Solankee should be getting few more oportunities.

Can is ever so lucky.

8.) 27 Sep 2017 13:49:03
Fowler, the whole forward line cost us the game, not just Firmino as Salah and Studge were just as guilty as he was. Stop scapegoating individual players whereas the whole forward line was crap.

9.) 27 Sep 2017 16:34:58
Bingo the post was about firmino. But yes of course the whole team is to blame. So they need to come out and beat Newcastle, shooting practice needed beforehand.

10.) 27 Sep 2017 17:43:12
Firmino was piss poor last night- from the start his touch let him down and as a Brazilian international he should be finding team mates in the box for a tap in instead of playing it behind them.
He should also have buried that header in the first half.
Hope Klopp realises soon that we need a specialist top drawer striker who will convert theses chances.

23 Sep 2017 19:37:31
My heart starts pounding so hard once we lose possession!

17 Sep 2017 18:44:36
Hello Ed025, Do you think Everton will succeed in their relegation battle?

{Ed025's Note - hopefully Eka but we need to score goals, we could do with playing against your defence every week mate..

1.) 17 Sep 2017 18:54:37
You said you'd be dining at the top table this season Ed025. So far, you're like that video of a seagull nicking a packet of crisps from Greggs. Except you dropped it on the way out. Seriously tho, what is going on there?
*Fully aware of our own frailties.

{Ed025's Note - we are a shambles at the moment kate, no striker, 4 No 10,s in the same side and a defence that leaks goals is not a recipe for success mate, add to that a manager who is very defensive and you end up with what we have now, but as they say things can only get better...i hope..

2.) 17 Sep 2017 19:07:10
Unlucky ed025. Where the beter team imo.

{Ed025's Note - the better team never get beat 4-0 superred, but it did prove that utd are not all that mate..

3.) 17 Sep 2017 19:12:42
Sounds familiar!

4.) 17 Sep 2017 19:18:34
Don't mention that with Harry around 025!

5.) 17 Sep 2017 19:51:38
I meant to say "u were the better team for large parts of the game" it is worrying that utd win 4 0 when not playing very well. Must be hectic for Everton fans atm, I hope there isn't a knee jerk reaction to sack koeman. Everyone knew it would take time to gel. You have to be winning games like that tho. Utd were there for the taking imo.

{Ed025's Note - its been a very difficult start superred and especially with all them new faces we brought in, its not squeaky bum time just yet but we do need to get points on the board quite quickly mate..

6.) 17 Sep 2017 19:54:26
Ed25 I am just a bit surprised mate, because you lot was buzzing at the end of last season when you bought a few youngsters in, ed1 always believes in youth and not buying players just to stop there pathway to the first team, is that a case at Everton pal?

{Ed025's Note - we have some excellent young players MR but if they dont get the chance then its hard to tell how good they can become mate...over to you mr koeman..

7.) 17 Sep 2017 20:19:44
Ed25, Stoke already exposed Utd last week and should have put 3/ 4 past that boring lot and your lot exposed them even further today. Had a Choupo-Motting or Jese played for you today, you would have won today cos Utd were dire all game long and with Roo scaring the crap out of the Utd back line, you would have gotten all 3 points today. You guys are in dire straits and it looks bleek right now BUT keep your head up as a lot can be taken away from the game positively.

8.) 17 Sep 2017 20:31:51
Agreed ed025 of course.

9.) 17 Sep 2017 20:38:36
Their new players need to gel, it's far too early to say anything just yet, they have in my opinion a decent team who I believe in time could be a real threat.

10.) 17 Sep 2017 21:04:12
What's with the bluenose stuff? Liverpool page? Get a grip boys.

{Ed025's Note - neighbours, everybody needs good neighbours, with a little understanding you can find the perfect blend...thats when good neighbours become good friends..

11.) 17 Sep 2017 21:16:41
I know. People seem ready to hand utd the trophy and they haven't even had a difficult game yet. No offence ed025. Everton in 5 months will be a difficult game but they are struggling atm. We've had arsenal and city. Beat one lost one. Could be better could be much worse.

12.) 17 Sep 2017 21:49:17
Suppered, they did the same with City and Utd last season too. Can you remind me what happened in the end? Ah yes, City scraped third, 3 points ahead of LFC, who many thought would be lucky to be 5th and Utd finished a pathetic 6th (5 points behind LFC) and had it not been for them playing the Ajax academy in the EL final, they would be competing for the EL with Arsenal right now.

13.) 17 Sep 2017 22:55:09
It's happened every year since fergies left "utd will win it this year" I don't buy it. They will be exposed against anyone half decent.

I love you Ed01! You are the best!

{Ed001's Note - was that a typo? 1 and 2 are very close together and it is an easy mistake to make....}

He made some woeful mistakes yesterday that could have led to 1-2 goals yesterday! Bad punches, Poor Handling.

If we chased Koulibaly instead of VVD, he could have been a Lfc player by now! 😩.

You're right Ed25, I was just thinking about the possibilities. Us fans have no right to decide what the club officials must do with the money they earn from ticket sales and etc but, If we raise money for a transfer. We can directly ask the club to sign the player our fans want.

{Ed002's Note - it has happened before but certainly won’t be happening at Liverpool. Fantasy stuff I am afraid.}

You know Ed025, I can feel it. It's a subconscious behavior, that's even you don't know it.

{Ed025's Note - i would sooner support united than liverpool Eka...and thats saying something mate..

I think fans should get the chance to raise money to sign a particular player which the majority wants Lfc to sign. We can conduct a poll throughout the season and then raise money.

{Ed025's Note - i think supporters pay enough to be honest Eka what with tickets, merchandise, travel etc, the owners have plenty of money and they will be the ones making the money if the club gets sold so its a no from me mate..

I know ed025 secretly supports Lfc.

{Ed025's Note - iot must be very secret Eka...even i dont know it mate.. :)
