First "proposal" from so called interested party apparently received. Anyone else think this is further down the line than anyone is saying?

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 08 Nov 2022 18:18:17
No idea at all OMM. I’m guessing if anyone has a clue it might be Ed002.

2.) 08 Nov 2022 18:34:45
100% VVVV. I could be wrong but I'd have thought it would take a while to put the proposal, whatever that even means, together. Especially as it only came out yesterday that FSG might/ would sell. Meanwhile over on Twatter Corballyred is taking all the credit for getting "rid of The Yanks"

3.) 08 Nov 2022 18:41:08
I think you’re right OMM. I can’t see that it would happen quickly. These Twitter idiots just do it for clicks.

Corballyred sounds like a real bellend. He’d do well to remember where we were when FSG came in.

4.) 08 Nov 2022 22:12:45
Its also advisable to stay away from the NewsNow page!

5.) 08 Nov 2022 22:24:22
I’d love a super mega rich owner without blood on their hands. That would be nice. I’d also love ffp rules to mean something. That would also be nice. Anyway, I love this club and I really hope it’s glorious history isn’t tainted by new owners with a nasty legacy to their name. Ser Elon musk- we know you peruse this site. It’s time mate.

6.) 08 Nov 2022 23:33:39
There's no way fsg woke up the other day and decided to put this out there, they've had a good offer and are looking to see if there's a better one out there, why not.

7.) 09 Nov 2022 00:32:20
I wouldn't go to twitter that much. Lot of them thinking that billion dollar business can be concluded in two days. Especially the one with #fsgout.

8.) 09 Nov 2022 08:30:24
There are no proposals to buy the club currently on the table.

26 Aug 2022 11:09:50
3 year contract for Bobby close to being agreed apparently.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 26 Aug 2022 11:35:28
Doubt it as he would need to take a massive pay cut.

2.) 26 Aug 2022 11:46:11
I don’t know what to say without sounding negative, if this is indeed true. Bobby was a great servant with emphasis on the word was. He has been done and dusted for over two years now, which is clear to anyone with eyes and watches our matches. He offers next to no goal threat and the main attribute he possessed in pressing as a false 9 and influencing games that way has gone. So that brings about two questions. What does he offer? And why has he been offered a new contract?

{Ed025's Note - more of a false footballer than a false 9 these days alonso mate..

3.) 26 Aug 2022 11:56:46
if this is true, i really don't understand the logic. i believe that most of us appreciate his service to the club and in his prime he was fantastic, but the club has to be more ruthless and look out for the welfare of the club instead of being loyal to players who are past their prime.

{Ed025's Note - spot on stone..

4.) 26 Aug 2022 11:58:19
Maybe we're going to buy a striker and move him into midfield.

5.) 26 Aug 2022 12:26:42
That might be more than half the team gone then Stone ?.

6.) 26 Aug 2022 12:28:00
And it's not even April. That's got be a p. take surely. He's finished.

7.) 26 Aug 2022 12:51:35
Nobody does loyalty and sentiment like us. Had a quick look there today. Far too loyal to finished footballers.

8.) 26 Aug 2022 12:54:27
I think there’s life in the old dog yet.
I’m going to take this as a positive because he’s not got a contract out of sentimentality, it’s because the club still see him as useful.
I’ll admit he’s been garbage recently but I do see a use for him, he’s the plan B when Nunez is not the answer.
Just hope he can get back to form and quickly.

9.) 26 Aug 2022 12:54:32
That's our need for another forward gone, save FSG some transfer next summer.

10.) 26 Aug 2022 13:08:26
It depends what the the deals about, if this is a three year contract to have him as a starter then we have problems.

But if this is a three year contract for him to effectively replace origi within the squad I can live with that.

He is our third choice number 9 but started as nunez had a moment and jota is crocked.

We would all love a player of mbabppes quality to be third choice but it isn't realistic. If Bobby is happy with that role within the squad then I think he is a good choice as a third provided he is not on silly wages.

11.) 26 Aug 2022 13:14:08
Some interesting views. Not so much YNWA as YNWA But I'm Not Walking With You.

12.) 26 Aug 2022 13:14:09
A 3 Yr deal for a player who should of gone 3yrs ago. If true its nothing short of a disgrace. Would he get in any other prem squad? I doubt it very much.

13.) 26 Aug 2022 13:19:41
Would it not be to protect his value? Next summer we would get a fee for him.

{Ed002's Note - No.}

14.) 26 Aug 2022 13:31:23
I would say that Klopp and the management team have more insight than most fans, hence there must be a reason for this new deal.
If we bring in a player like Nunes, or switch formation, Bobby could well come alive again.
did anyone see the stat that he broke the record (vs) for most touches in the middle third. Obviously i have no F idea what good that is, but it sounded important )

15.) 26 Aug 2022 13:55:50
Please say it ain’t so …. Bobby has been a great servant to the club … but he’s well past his best now and needs to be moved on .

16.) 26 Aug 2022 14:23:46
In fairness I thought Bobby was our best centre half on Monday night.

And at certain stages he was great company for Allison whilst we tried to attack.

17.) 26 Aug 2022 15:21:26
We all love Bobby but hell no!

18.) 26 Aug 2022 17:06:25
Why not 12 month rolling deals? Based on appearances. That way he has to be playing well/ training well to get in and stay in. Absolute stupid decision. As for whoever threw up the "YNWA" rubbish please turn it in. He might have once been important to the rise of the team under Klopp but now he's absolutely no addition to us. Doesn't score, Doesn't create. What does he bring?

19.) 27 Aug 2022 00:28:18
YNW (in) A.

20.) 27 Aug 2022 04:14:36
Has anyone read the contract or have actual proof that the document exists?

21.) 27 Aug 2022 10:19:40
Might be like Keita's contract WDW. We'll be told that it's about to be signed every 3-4 weeks or so and all the time he's running down his deal.

22.) 27 Aug 2022 15:38:52
@ Oh Mane Mane - never speak too soon.

17 Jul 2022 18:11:02
Ben Davies to Rangers for £4m.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 17 Jul 2022 18:44:22
Good luck to the guy, I always thought this was an odd one from us I suppose just bought tobsell for a profit.

2.) 17 Jul 2022 18:47:07
one of the most bizarre transfers in liverpool's history.

3.) 17 Jul 2022 19:01:14
Definitely up there with Steven Caulker.

4.) 17 Jul 2022 19:03:32
Great money for him.

5.) 17 Jul 2022 19:14:17
Why bizarre? He was bought at when we needed cover at CB because of injuries to Matip, Van Dyke etc. Plus, he cost us 500k and we've sold him for 8 times that. We, as other clubs, have done similar things in the past. Good business as far as I'm concerned.

6.) 17 Jul 2022 19:44:13
Agree @Bakedbeanboy - he was bought as cover when we lost out first four choices at CB. It was a good move for both him and the club then and it is another good move for him and us now. Fair play to the lad and best wishes for success at Rangers.

7.) 17 Jul 2022 21:46:21
Good window so far in relation to sales.

Williams £17 million

Minimino £17.7 million

Davies £4 million

Mane £35 million

Some frees have also eased the wage budget.

8.) 17 Jul 2022 22:02:36
Strange purchase, given that we never used him even once. But excellent sale. How can you argue anything against that?

9.) 18 Jul 2022 02:08:11
I think that there was a time, not long after he got here when he would have got a game but he suffered an injury and by the time he was fir Williams, and in particular, Phillips had caught the boss’s eye.

10.) 18 Jul 2022 03:55:44
I do feel for Davies, and I guess this is the best ending for both parties. I hope he gets a decent career moving forward and I hope Liv can use the money to reinvest in the team. Shame we never really got to see how he would have done in a proper game for us.

11.) 18 Jul 2022 11:32:08
I suspect his disappointment will have been tempered by a decent signing on fee/ salary and at least gained some experience of training with world-class pros under world class coaches at an elite training facility. Good luck at Rangers, lad.

12.) 18 Jul 2022 12:25:03
I think the theory that we've made money on this transfer is flawed (although I agree that getting £4m is decent) . Yes he only cost £500k up-front (and I assume none of the add-ons have been triggered) and has now been sold for £4m, but I believe his salary was about £3m per year. So for 1.5 years we've paid him £4.5m for not one single appearance. Add the transfer fee and it becomes £5m plus usual peripherals that go with a transfer.

He's not played a single match for us so it's hard to argue that we've had anything for the £5m, other than perhaps the assurance/ cover that we needed in that position at that point in time.

13.) 18 Jul 2022 13:45:12
RR - Davies loan to Sheff Utd evened out the initial loan transfer fee and I can't imagine we'd have paid all of his wages for the time he was on loan, so I still think we've made more of a profit than you're saying.

14.) 18 Jul 2022 15:26:01
I can't believe we've sold him.

I challenge anyone to tell me when he had a bad game for us. Lad never put a foot wrong in an LFC shirt lol.

Good luck to him though and great to see him back in a position where he can get some first team football.

20 Jun 2022 10:16:49
Gini on loan if Twatter is to be believed.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 20 Jun 2022 12:34:56
Not for one minute do I believe we would go back for Gini, we have moved on now and I would see that as taking away potential game time for Curtis, Harvey and Fabio. I would trust these can raise their games come out of this season a lot better for it.

2.) 20 Jun 2022 12:53:39
No thanks….

3.) 20 Jun 2022 12:59:25
Don't really want him back. But he could cover fabs or hendo if they weren't fit. The 1 thing with gini is he was always fit to play. A steady 7 out of 10 player.

{Ed001's Note - only if he was getting a 7 just for turning up! He was a ghost of a player, who would do one turn in 90 minutes and that would be enough for most fans to think he was actually contributing. He had maybe 3 games in his Liverpool career where he was better than, at the very best, a 6.}

4.) 20 Jun 2022 14:02:03
I'm with Ed001 on this. I think Gini had a subconscious attitude issue. His best games were always at Anfield against top 6 opposition or in European knockout stages. Away from home or any team below the top 6 he coasted and was borderline useless.

People often talk about his 2 goals against Barcelona, but forget that he was dropped from a decimated starting XI because he was so poor that season. I do think he had more than 3 good games, but i wouldn't say it was higher than 20 and that's across 5 seasons! Ox, Keita and Thiago were all signed to supplant him and Gini was fortunate they were all injured a lot.

Thank him for his service but for Fowlers sake leave him in the past where he belongs.

{Ed001's Note - it was an exaggeration I admit, to make a point, but I am not sure it was anything like as many as 20.}

5.) 20 Jun 2022 14:59:33
Is that the Barcelona game where Gini’s goals didn’t count and Origi won us the CL on his own?

6.) 20 Jun 2022 15:40:37
Bit harsh eds. Maybe I was generous when I said steady 7 too though. But as stated I don't really want him back. more so with the way he left. He wanted to leave so. goodbye.

7.) 20 Jun 2022 15:49:46
I'm not saying the didn't count JK, and that game will immortalize him in our history. But it says a lot about his time here that those 45 minutes are arguably the only stand out moment from over 200 games. I had no problem respectfully thanking him for his service, but that doesn't mean we have to be blinkered and pretend he was some kind of lynchpin. He was carried 90% of the time he played.

8.) 20 Jun 2022 16:17:47
Mk my commented wasn’t intentionally aimed at you. I just jumped on other comments in the past on the back of yours. If people were to be believed Origi also took that quick corner to himself that night and he was also the ball boy who retrieved it off the pitch ?.

9.) 20 Jun 2022 16:21:26
Mk just on your Wiji comment mate I’ve no intentions of wanting him back either. He moved on and so have we. I thought the lad did well for us when he was here and agree he was never great but I disagree with the fact that he shyed away from 90% of games.

The guy used to play 50 games a season so if he didn’t show up for 90% of them then that technically means we played with 10 men for 45 games a season. Klopps a world class coach but you don’t win titles playing with 10 men for 90% of a season.

Wiji did his bit but his LFC time is done.

10.) 20 Jun 2022 16:21:30
Gini was a different player for Holland. A goal scoring AMF.

I think part of the issue was that he played very tactically for Klopp and could really score when the manager gave him freedom.

Maybe his games for us were more tactical than most fans understand.

11.) 20 Jun 2022 17:03:25
I'm not saying he didn't show up, but in most games he was just a body. Cut out passing lanes, rolled a few 5-10 yard passes to a better player. Spun around in circles with the ball whilst surrounded by 3 players, which looked like grafting but was his own fault for playing at 3 miles an hour.

He was a weak link in a very good team. But then we'd play Man City or Bayern Munich and he'd suddenly put in some effort for the International TV cameras and often be one of the better performers. I found him incredibly frustrating because he had to ability, but i think he was mentally the weakest player in the starting line-up.

I'm not going to belittle other peoples differing views like MikeyB just tried to do. We all see the game differently after all. For me, Wijnaldum's greatest asset was his fitness. Like i say, he has his place in our history and by hook or crook he's 'earned it'. Just hope he stays in the history section, that's all.

12.) 20 Jun 2022 17:45:18
Strangely enough JK- wasn't the ballboy who gave the ball quickly to Trent v Barcelona a kid who ended up on our youth team? Tyler Morton or someone, or was that a myth?

13.) 20 Jun 2022 18:03:12
Shabby he is in the youth set up mate but it’s not Morton. I believe it’s Oakley Cannonier.

14.) 20 Jun 2022 19:18:20
Gini played his part and recycling the ball well. My issue with him was he only ever did the basics when is was clear he could have done more given his international showings. Yes international football standards are pants but he still hd ability but didn’t show it in a red shirt. If I had a penny for everytime I shouted at the tele because he didn’t show for a pass I’d pay off my mortgage. Still prefer him over Keita though just for being available to be average, rather than injured most of the time and average the rest.

{Ed0666's Note - I must say Gini shielded the ball extremely well.

03 Mar 2022 15:53:36
New "launch" of Super league to be presented shortly apparently 🤦‍♂️.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 03 Mar 2022 16:10:40
This is going to end REALLY well.

2.) 03 Mar 2022 19:58:39
I'm not surprised tbh, and with the UCL proposals wanting an extra 100 games across the competition and possibly and extra 6 per team I'm not surprised.

Whether we like it or not its the natural progression but it has to be an open competition and not a closed shop.

But I do not want it to replace the domestic game, as much as liverpool vs Madrid is a glamour tie as an example. Nothing beats prem games imo.

3.) 03 Mar 2022 20:12:40
Ed002 you always have great insight on this, are these plans concrete? Just seems hectic this, playing 2 times a week all year, will just mean bigger squads for me, and top teams poaching more players.

{Ed002's Note - No, the "elite" sides continue to discuss the matter but will not meet again until August 24. Two sides are pressing hard.}

4.) 03 Mar 2022 21:23:55
Pushing hard for the new super league or the new champs league format Ed?

{Ed002's Note - Two sides have not let go of the super league concept.}

5.) 03 Mar 2022 22:53:41
They can shove it where the sun don't shine for me.
What is happening to the " beautiful game"? Super league, new champs league format, a world cup every 2 years? Europa conference league?

Football is going to hell in a handcart, once its becomes a closed shop format league then i am out, i will take my memories of supporting Lfc and stand back and watch rome burn.

Money has destroyed the game and its only going to get worse.

{Ed025's Note - your spot on KK..

6.) 03 Mar 2022 22:54:22
They need to let go of it in my opinion. The fan backlash was very strong last time and I don't think that will be changing any time soon.

7.) 03 Mar 2022 23:06:34
Some fan groups have asked to be part of discussions so it seems there is some feeling of inevitability even amongst fans.

8.) 03 Mar 2022 23:39:55
Are Liverpool involved in the August discussions.

{Ed002's Note - No.}

9.) 04 Mar 2022 00:36:33
I don’t actually mind the conference league to be honest but I also used to like the old cup winners cup competition so I’m used to 3 European competitions but yeah World Cup every two years is a no go for me and this super league nonsense has to disappear in my opinion.

10.)

11.)

12.) 04 Mar 2022 20:44:57
I mean, we might as well get this over with now while we're dealing with a C.V. and a possible WWIII outbreak. get all of these "once in a lifetime" events over and done with at once 😂.

Not pretty but a wins a win.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 30 Dec 2022 22:05:58
How on earth we came out of that with 3 points I will never know.
Last game of the year and 3 points in the bag, onwards and upwards.

2.) 30 Dec 2022 22:10:20
We are so weak in midfield it’s unreal. Hopefully we get someone in to address this glaring weakness next month.

3.) 30 Dec 2022 22:10:32
Fugliest game I have witnesses from LFC.

4.) 30 Dec 2022 22:17:58
We got the 3pts is all I can say positive about that game.

5.) 30 Dec 2022 22:18:58
Some of our passing in that game was horrendous. Henderson could hardly pick a pass all game. Still managed to create a lot of chances though, we just need to start being more clinical.

6.) 30 Dec 2022 22:22:17
chin up, we have Madrid next month.

7.) 30 Dec 2022 22:26:11
and why do we keep conceding the 1st goal. its a terrible pattern now. Poor attitude from the start and lack of aggression. we have to score 2 at least every game to compensate.

8.) 30 Dec 2022 22:56:41
Horrible match but 3 points which is all that matters. Now we have to sign a midfielder! If it’s Moises Caicedo just pay Brighton what they want. I’m literally at that point.

9.) 30 Dec 2022 23:01:18
Hendo was woefully tonight! I mean how many time did he play a missed placed pass and he’s not the only one. Robo didn’t have good night either I thought Thiago was the best Liverpool player for me. The sooner Gakpo is playing the better. I get the feeling that carvalho has taken a step backwards if ox and keita are ahead of him.
A win is a win I suppose but it does feels like we are living on a tightrope at the moment.

10.) 30 Dec 2022 23:04:06
Love Hendo, not just for footy but one of my best mates little boy had leukaemia and he couldn’t do enough for him. An incredible human being and a quality footballer.

I hope he gets the credit he deserves from Liverpool supporters when he eventually calls it a day.

He may struggle some days, but some of his performances over the years have been unreal.

11.) 30 Dec 2022 23:15:56
Three points main thing but midfield is a worry. I hope a new midfielder does arrive, whether that’s McAllister, Elmas or Caicedo or anyone else I think we desperately need one.

They could be the difference in finishing top four or not.

12.) 30 Dec 2022 23:25:09
Thiago was great, just breaking up play and winning 50/ 50s. Never easy playing a team who are just compact and play for the break. Not a good game from hendo or matip. Nunez keeps going close. I have no doubt he’ll start scoring bucket loads soon. Can’t wait for gakpo. More important than midfield ATM. YNWA.

13.) 30 Dec 2022 23:27:13
Pretty sure we will get top four.

Want us to get momentum and players back from injury so we can take out Real Madrid.

Top four and a win in Istanbul please…. Doubters to believers!

Happy New Year!

10 Dec 2022 15:56:35
How is our Amrabat going?

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 10 Dec 2022 17:06:08
He had a classy game, backs to the wall in the second half but nothing short of an inspired and organised display from him.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's the James Rodriguez of this tournament.

YNWA.

2.) 10 Dec 2022 17:16:31
Ah his work rate dwarfs Rodriguez.

3.) 10 Dec 2022 17:17:39
He was unreal boys the lad is a player and would be superb competition for Fabinho.

4.) 10 Dec 2022 17:35:50
I'd take him in a heartbeat. Has a touch of dawg about him.

5.) 10 Dec 2022 17:58:15
No.8 looks v good as well. Some guts in that Morocco team, delighted to see them win.

6.) 10 Dec 2022 23:05:02
Haven't watched Morocco, but the way his play has been described, it does sound similar to what I've seen Fiorentina. My worry for these world cup stars is whether they can transfer the passion that gives them that extra 5-10% representing their country into club football. So I tend to think about their play style as oppossed to raw skill. Anyways, he is combative and a fighter, and would be a good squad player for any team. Glad to hear he is doing well for Morocco.

7.) 11 Dec 2022 00:21:19
They've played 4 of the Top 10 ranked teams in world football and haven't conceded a goal yet. Him and his team mates are doing something right.

8.) 11 Dec 2022 08:24:14
Diouf had a great World Cup before we bought him. We all know how that worked out.

9.) 11 Dec 2022 09:14:56
Fair point ORT mate but I think we do more character/ background checks on new signings now? I could be wrong.

10.) 11 Dec 2022 13:28:21
If we somehow pull off Bellingham how are we going to fund more additions?

11.) 11 Dec 2022 14:05:39
Keep in mind guy’s Morocco are not playing attacking football, they have a 4-14-1 system and are pretty much total counter attack, in a more attacking side maybe Amrobat is much less effective?

05 Dec 2022 18:33:12
Jermaine Jenas telling the world that Taki Minamino is "well thought of after his spell in Germany".

If he's doing the punditry for free he's still being paid too much.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 05 Dec 2022 19:54:32
Well he hardly set the world alight playing for us. So perhaps Jenus was looking at the positives.

2.) 05 Dec 2022 21:08:49
I think the O P is getting at that he never played in Germany.

3.) 05 Dec 2022 21:22:48
Elliott Ness powers have waned in his old age ??‍♂️.

4.) 06 Dec 2022 00:04:26
Jenus is a joke of a pundit.

5.) 06 Dec 2022 08:00:14
All the bbc co commentators have been horrendous this World Cup Murphy, Dublin, jenus the lot.

6.) 06 Dec 2022 11:52:56
Jermain Anus.

7.) 06 Dec 2022 12:33:48
He's the absolute worst!

8.) 06 Dec 2022 15:54:43
The lads clearly got his Red Bulls mixed up.

{Ed001's Note - bless him, Jenas only got as far as 1936 in his history lessons. He obviously thinks Anschluss is still a thing and Salzburg is in Germany. Lad will be in for one hell of a shock when he finds out about WW2 and how Germany and Austria are separate nations again now.}

04 Dec 2022 19:42:22
Our midfielders can't score goals though.

Oh Mane Mane

1.) 04 Dec 2022 21:36:36
They don’t for Liverpool though.

Right, OMM. ?.

USA's midfield 3 are very good.

I'm a huge fan of Adam's. McKennie is great when focused. Musah is only 19. It's a really solid group.

2.) 25 Nov 2022 20:36:54
All exceptionally good in and out of possession dbav.

3.) 25 Nov 2022 21:18:35
That’s 2hrs I won’t get back. Southgate is a tournament genius but I can not sit through an England match and enjoy it since he’s been in charge. Thought I’d watch it to see how good Bellingham is. Wish I hadn’t bothered.

4.) 25 Nov 2022 21:53:47
Jude, Mount and Rice were chasing shadows. Never laid a hand on the USA 3.

5.) 25 Nov 2022 22:25:39
Far more important than this years world cup - caoimhin kelleher on the late late - the man is a class act. Thought I couldn’t like him any more - then he goes and does something like that!

6.) 25 Nov 2022 22:37:09
Too right jb12. Great player and role model for young children.

7.) 25 Nov 2022 22:37:20
Its funny when you admire other countries camaraderie because our very own England have zilch.

8.) 25 Nov 2022 22:39:10
Was it the toy show JB?

9.) 25 Nov 2022 22:46:45
I hope we can go all out for Jude and Rice. Adding those two to our midfield would be scary good.

10.) 25 Nov 2022 22:52:47
How does Foden n Trent not get in that England side? ? they both start for every other nation.

11.) 25 Nov 2022 22:57:48
Sure was walkon - stood in goal for a kids pen, gave him a team signed jersey his family a trip to anfield for a game and a good few hugs …probably weird I was jealous as a man in my 40’s….

12.) 26 Nov 2022 03:32:15
just putting it out there, but all you need to do in group stages is get through. 4 points in this group is a good haul and they still hold all the cards heading into the last match vs a very average welsh side.

13.) 26 Nov 2022 06:52:22
Camaraderie is that the Italian boy.
I just couldn't resist the chance to repeat the Trigger line from back in the day. Classic only fools and horses.

14.) 26 Nov 2022 11:14:32
LFC8 is right. How Trippier and Grealish get into that team ahead of TAA and Foden is completely beyond me. Foden is electric while Grealish is a snickering, swaggering fool, full of himself. But it's a tournament and some teams start off slow. The ideal is to build it up and hopefully reach the final, be at your peak. Unless Kane is not placed up front and plays like a true No.9 (where he is absolutely lethal), I don't see it happening for this team. Many will disagree with me, but my reasoning is simply that why have him be part of buildup and play deeper when you have players like Mount, TAA and Shaw, who can feed him with crosses all day long? And since he loves falling over at the slightest touch, higher chances of getting penalties if he does it in the box (Ronaldo penalty anyoe? ) .

15.) 26 Nov 2022 12:22:18
I wonder if Bellingham is destined to become a forward eventually?

16.) 26 Nov 2022 13:07:23
How trent was not brought on is beyond me tripper was so poor it needed quality balls being put on their defence that Trent would of providedand not to play the lad from city sums up southgate. Kane was not fit stood out he had a touch like a baby elephant mind you we got the real england good job i am not a fan lol.

Sorry WDW my opening sentence should have started with in some people's minds Mbappe has to move to be considered a true great. The rest was satire.

WDW you're sadly wrong. To be considered a really top player Mbappe has to move. Can't be staying in that "farmers" league all his footballing life. Don't mention what he's done internationally with France because didn't you know "you should never sign a player off the back of a decent World Cup". So hat tricks in WC finals don't count.
