Ed’s on a completely different note, what with the final 14 or so league games to play, and obviously the home games to come, do you think the emotional investment of supporters will add to the pressure or obviously encourage the team on.

I’m just remembering the 13/ 14 season and the fans welcoming the team bus etc. I’m also aware of the weight of history on the players shoulders. Hope this weight is too cumbersome.

{Ed001's Note - that was rodgers team and he had no idea how to deal with pressure. Klopps team has shown an ability to raise their game when the pressure is on.}

One thing i have been thankful for is that Klopp has won league titles in the past. He knows what it takes to come out on top. Hopefully we will see come May.

I kinda sense with man city they’re starting to feel the pressure, I just hope our guys aren’t experiencing too much pressure.

Spot on, Ed. When Klopp was at BVB, he won the PL after going top in Nov. and did notdrop out until season' end. The second time, BVB was top from Jan. till the end (beating Bayern at the Allianz Arena via a Gotze goal) of the season. I read the so called "mind games" being perpetuated by the Bayern-friendly media NEVER got to him. Klopp handled the pressure the very same way he is handling it now. On the contrary, BR instead of keeping the team focused, he let himself get caught up in all the hype, hysteria and chaos along with the fans and we all know what happened there. We'll be fine as long as we keep doing what we are doing. Let the Citizens keep deluding themselves.

Hi Ed’s,

Hope all is well. Quick question for you, and I know I could easily google it but I was of the opinion that you would have far more lesser known information.

How have our good old custodians Tom and George faired in recent years? And by that I mean are they still owners of sports franchises, have they learned any lesson through their experience of running Lfc?

Thanks in advance.

{Ed002's Note - They are both in a semi retirement and as far as I know of no sporting interests remaining.}

Ed I read an article by pep ljinders in 4-4-2 magazine in which he was asked about Wolves Ruben neves, and he stated that Ruben would be a player Lfc would be interested in.

Although I know you don’t like commenting on articles you haven’t read, have you heard of any Lfc related interest in Ruben?

{Ed002's Note - That is not what he said. £100M Fabinho replacement you think?}

Ed have you ever done a player profile on Paul McGrath? The Irish defender, would love to read it if you have.

{Ed001's Note - not yet, but he is in the list for a Legends article, so he will get a player profile done to accompany that.}

I think in a season or 2, hopefully when Trent, Gomez, vvd, and Robbo have played a full season injury free, the defense will be viewed as being pretty much world class. can’t understand anyone slating Robbo!

Ah poor old Djimi was the butt of many a joke down the local boozer when he played for lfc. None more so when he scored an o.g. against I think Burnley in the F.A. Cup. Still though he is a champions league winner.

I’ve read since that when Rafa was being interviewed in regards to the champions league win he’d often point out the team photo that played which was hanging in his office and comment on the quality of that team compared to the night of AC Milan.

Could you add Djimi Traore to that list Ed?

{Ed001's Note - I am not sure what list he belongs on, but legend certainly isn't it!}
