Our centre midfield is weak. Henderson is basic and has no pace. Henderson reminds me of Christian Poulsen without the haircut. Lallana is a poor mans Øyvind Leonhardsen and Wjinaldum is about the same level Claudio Yacob.
I would replace all 3 in January and don't get me started on Can. Seen milk turn quicker. Headless chicken, a very slow one at that.

I agree about Can, vastly overrated, the weak link in our midfield. Lallana has shown massive improvements this year though and been sorely missed. Wijnaldum has proved useful in a trio with Hendo. Hendo needs the right partner to shoulder some of the centre work this is where Can shows his deficiencies as he often disappears on a walk about of his own. Can isn't good enough and I think Wijnaldum can be improved. Grujic showed promise and I would like to see given a few games to prove himself, Stewart too.

Karius is more style than substance at the moment. Like a lot of modern day footballers, would rather look the part than be the part. That's why you find a million youngsters who can ping 40 yard balls, pull off fancy tricks and walk around with headphones, but they don't have the intangibles:- desire, heart, courage, determination, fight, and team ethics. As long as they look good, they're halfway there. When your goalkeeper is a model, you can sure as heck guarantee when the going gets tough, he'll be looking for the hair wax to make sure the camera get's his good side. Give me Ogrizovic any day of the week. In fact, I'd probably say Massimo Taibi was a better player.

The lad Gibson at Middlesborough has impressed me. Left footed too, would be a nice balance with Matip.
