We can whinge all we like about the ox but isn't great that good players and he is a good player are now turning their backs on big clubs and are wanting to join us? Not saying we are back with the same draw we had in the eighties but I think the tide is now turning again and we are being seen as a worthwhile club again.
Remember when the likes of Willian was choosing Chelski over us?

I know they are in the early days of theirs contracts but Mane, Bobby and Salah all need to be tied down to long term contracts. Can't think of a better trio in world football ATM. Midfield ain't bad either.

I don't normally post just like the banter, but am I right in thinking that we are seeing what happens with qualification to the group stages of CL before going and making our intentions fully known in the transfer market.
Could it be that we have plans for qualification and plans for non qualification. If so, a good strategy imo.
