The problem with the corners is the delivery, not the players in the box. The most effective corner is whipped with pace and relatively low. Even if a few get cleared front post and a few sail way over the the back post, our odds of scoring would be increased by the remaining good, pacey deliveries into dangerous areas. That's why we scored more from corners when Gerrard/ Suarez took them. In 13/ 14 season I remember Skrtl bagging about 7 or 8 goals, due to the delivery of Suarez.

I don't really think the price of Mane and the sale of Benteke are related in any way. Recouping the fee we paid for Benteke was the main issue, not recouping the fee for Mane.

I saw a few Liverpool fans choosing Costa or Hazard as the player they would take from Chelsea. I can't see why everyone's answer wouldn't be Kante. Regardless of how many CM's we have, he is the best in the holding position in the league by a mile.

He is so tactically inept it is unbelievable. Why can't he realise that it's 1st job not to concede and that he should be joining attacks late as an overlap to cause real problems on the counter. Just being up the pitch doesn't necessarily pose a threat, especially when your passing and crossing is as dreadful as his as well.

Spurs would actually be ok. Before today every goal he had scored had come in a win bigger than 1 goal apart from 1 which was in a draw. Therefor his goals had only amassed 1 point. He also scored an own goal which cost them to draw a match meaning he lost them 2 points. Overall that is -1 point he had got them, albeit today's goal helped them to a 2-1 win making it +2.
