Hi Eds

I was flicking through the latest Liverpool training pictures on the site and there's no sign of Markovic in any if them. Do you know at all if these rumours o him being injured are true?

Any idea of the extent of the injury?

{Ed001's Note - personally I would expect them to reject the offer unless Lallana hands in a transfer request. When their new manager is in place it would be different, but until then they are unlikely to want to make any deals except on their terms.}

Just wondering what your thoughts are on The fact Rodgers tried his best to sell Borini this summer and brought in Lambert yet it's Borini being called upon while Sturridge is injured.

Not a transfer rumour but not banter either. I'm heading over to Anfield for the game tomorrow night and heard rumours of a mosaic being planned.

Have you heard anything of this?

News just in from my source. I know the eds don't like us discussing finances but screw them on this occasion because this deal has finally happened!!

Liverpool have agreed a 20 million pound deal with Southampton to bring Shane Long to Anfield.

I don't know if the rumoured interest in Agger from Arsenal and spurs is true but should an offer come from an English league rival, do you know Eds if Liverpool would entertain such offers?

I know some defenders need to leave to improve the balance of the squad but selling Agger to a rival would be a bad move IMO and if he does have to go I'd hope it would be to a foreign team instead.

{Ed001's Note - out of respect for Agger, he will be given the choice, I was told. I expect him to prefer to go abroad though.}
