Only watched the game on Wednesday on the telly but it was noticeable that the atmosphere was not the "mad get behind the team" which ramped up through last season.

it looked and sounded like the team was as nervous as the kop.

I now live in Leicester and locals all said the same.

Hopefully a blip, hopefully we will be back in form on and off the pitch against WH.

I am sure i don't need to repeat that the Anfield crowd can change the result. Been there, St Etienne, Brugge, Etc.

Lets get back in to winning ways get behind the team.

The Kop is the twelve man, but the other night like the snow I think the Kop and the nerves stifled the team.

I know a couple of lads who went and they were as nervous being there as i was watching at home.

Come on reds this is the best chance we have had in years, keep the momentum and the nerves will turn to pandemonium the closer to the goal we all want.

Already planning a pilgrimage to see us parade the Premiership title.

Love the superstitions of football fans. It’s not possible to jinx anything by talking about something on a football forum. That’s not how the universe works.

Jinxing it? I'm not sure the OP has that much power over the outcomes of the universe, bro. If he did, we would have been champions 29 times already. "Jinxing it" is not a thing, never has been and never will be. The pitch is where the reality is, not on a fan forum, man.

It was absolutely freezing mate, so hard to get whipped up into a frenzy of singing and produce an intimidating atmosphere. To be honest I've heard it a hell of a lot worse, it was as good as could be expected in the conditions.

As far as I can see it, we have an average squad, on its day a world beating team.

How many teams reach the Champions League final?

How many teams get to February and have only lost one game?

For crying out loud, let's forget how good we should be, and how good we used to be and look at how good we actuallly are!

anyone who states we should be winning the league every year and we need to blame the board for failing is either disillousioned or on here to wind everyone up (alla Talk S*ite)


As i said last post stop the negative but urge the positive. Get the pilgramidge to Liverpool booked for the PL trophy win, we are going good, yes we could be playing better but look at where we have been and where we are going, keep the momentum going and the good times will return.
