I have this little ritual, at half time, if things are a bit tight or we need some goals, I'll get out in the garden with the football and make some challenges for myself, like a quick dribble and score from a certain distance, to spur on the team, you know. I hadn't done this ritual in a while. Last night I was out there, trying to do a rainbow flick followed by a goal, and I was really struggling. By the end of it, I was knackered, sweating, in my T-shirt, the glasses were on the floor, no shoes on, pitch black out, ready to crumble. A couple of times I basically did it but was sloppy and not fluid, and it didn't feel right, so I kept going till I did it right. Finally got there, so relieved. I come back inside, second half had started and the highlights for the Jones goal were being shown. Even if we had lost I would have been okay with it, because I didn't give up, but somehow I knew we would do it, and so happy we did.

Hola! would you know who it is Liverpool has been watching at Lyon Ed002? There are a few players there that could add quality to the squad IMO.

So I think because the ref didn't notice the ball deflected off the player, so gave a goal kick. VAR they obviously saw the ball deflected off the player and checked for a potential hand ball, which it wasn't, so no penalty, VAR doesn't award incorrectly called corners.

He was one of the most promising young players in the world a few years ago, that wasn't for no reason, if Klopp can get him motivated to work his ass off, and he can steer clear of major injuries, he could be a very good player for us. With him Origi and Minamino all at their best, we would almost have too good a cover for the front 3, IMO.

I don't watch much Bundesliga, but I feel one of his problems is he is used to having more time on the ball and isn't up to the pace of the prem, it's down to him whether he can work hard to get where he needs to be or to move to a slower league where I'm sure he will do well as he is a very good player, can see him doing bits in La Liga for example.

He would often be the first player I'd get rid of in FIFA or Football Manager, he is a very good player and would have kept him if we had enough money to make the buys we needed, I think he could still do bits for us, but I was never worried, especially at the price we got for him and after the way he acted.
