With ARSEnal wanting a replacement for Sanchez I wonder did we ever consider offering Sturridge + cash for him while we were discussing AOC.

Not sure what to think of the Ox coming to Anfield. I do like him but for that money I'm not so sure. I wonder did they offer ARSEnal £100m for Ox and Sanchez. I could have lived with that!

Don't rate him at all. Think it said on SSN that he's only scored 9 goals I the prem for Arsenal, not good enough for us if we arewanting to push on.
If he really wanted to come to us, I mean really - couldn't we have got him on a free next year! 35m for him in his last year. he's not Messi!

I admit Liverpool probably have no interest in Bale primarily due to the size of Transfer Fee he would command but if (and its a big if) Phil C. does go for the money being quoted then Bale surely comes into our price range. And you can't tell me that Bale wouldn't make our team better.

If Phil does end up going (hopefully not) and we get £90-£100m then why not bid for Bale. Whether he would come is another thing but why not.

VVD signed a 5 year deal last year and yet have tapped him up and are demanding he is allowed to sign for us. So do we call him a Judas or is it only our players that we reserve that title for.
If he goes then Bobby F drops back into his role for the time being, but if he stays then we should get behind him 100% with no booing when he touches the ball.

Griezmann is the obvious choice but know a very long shout given their Transfer Ban but if nothing else would annoy the Mancs and Moanrinho. With Mane, Salah, Firmino, Lallana, Sicknote, we might be better looking elsewhere in the team to strengthen with the money (if he goes) with the obvious players springing to mind. However let's pray he doesn't leave. On his day he is unplayable!
