Hi eds, what do you make of the Joao Mario reports supposedly stemming from his father, is there anything behind this?

{Ed002's Note - Sporting priced Joao Mario out of a move to Napoli last summer and unless they look to price him more realistically nobody will be calling. There is interest from Atletico who have had an offer rejected, four clubs in England - not including Liverpool - and PSG who are in negotiations but price is the sticking point. Inter has also shown an interest and the player has a desire to play in Italy. However, any move to Inter is difficult and they would need the Italian FA to approve the plan of the owners to route the transfer through Jiangsu Suning and then a loan - this avoids an FFP issue but may be viewed as an abuse. Their offer was rejected before the transfer window closed and would need to wait for it to re-open before anything could be done.}

Hi eds, appreciate the work you do, what do you make of reports linking Max Meyer this morning, is it merely the usual 'let's link any German player to klopp' or is there any substance to these reports

Fifa suggests he's awesome (which seems to be on par with most research we've done on players so far) :)

Thanks Eds 1 me neither. I've seen Klippys transfers in the past put he paid less for so many world class players combined than 1 teenager.
Potential replacement for Coutinho if he heads off?
