Never seen him play, he’s only a kid, 16 I think, but heard we’re signing an Ajax youth player called Ki-jana Hoever. And no it’s not a made up name! Just thought I’d share.

So Thomas Strakosha and Nick Pope aren’t on the ‘radar’, would love us to go all out for Oblak, unlikely I know, but would make sense. I know the fee would be high and depends on the player even wanting the move, but would put an end to the year in year out ‘search for a keeper’. Pay now save the £££ ever year for the next keeper that may or may not be good enough. Hope you all understand what I’m getting at, not the best at explaining what I mean haha.

Me too Ron. Macca knows his stuff. I don't see why oblak would leave athletic Madrid to join liverpool. That is z sideways step for me. I love Liverpool but being realistic. It would be a massive statement of intent if we did.

If it's Butland, I don't mind. But we should have signed him last winter. Stoke were already doomed and it would have been a different second half to the season. He'll be the same price now as he would have been then.

Except Pavard isn’t normally a full back, he’s usual position is at CB for VFB Stuttgart and occasionally playing right back.
