I agree at least we never got beat, and in reality when u don't score more than one goal us especially are leaving ourselves wide open for a sucker punch, it's annoying though as we creating an issue for ourselves hope we get it sorted, obviously as soon as that team came out I had a bad feeling key players were missing for that sort of game.

I can definitely see this being the way ahead as clubs can't carry on paying silly prices for very average players.

Along the same lines, I read an article about an American basketball coach named Gene Kady. He played American football at a high level, then was ask coach basketball when he was a teacher. He went on to be very successful at Purdue University in Basketball. Goes to show that good coaches are good coaches regardless of there background. Good man management and being able to understand and convey tactics seem to what makes a good coach or manager.

Redhead. Mane had a pass to Keita for a certain goal, that he didn't play. He swiveled and tried to score himself. Players have to make split second decisions. They don't always get them right. Let's not read to much into it.
