Apparently Rodgers recently went to watch Calhanoglu from Hamburg? Do you know of any confirmed interest from us Ed?

Ed02, I know Dede only moved to Cruzeiro last year but are there any sides still keeping an eye on him?

Ed 002, I may be wrong but I think recall you saying a week or 2 ago we wanted M'vila on loan but our offer was rejected - do you see us moving for him permanently in the remainder of the window?

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool had an interest in M'Vila, but in a loan to buy with only a tiny amount proposed to be paid now - that was never going to be acceptable. However, there is nothing more than that as far as Liverpool are concerned. There have been negotiations with two other clubs, Napoli - but they have taken steps to cover themselves as they consider getting the transaction completed not going to be easy. Secondly PSG, who are maintaining an interest in case Matuidi does move on.}

Who would everyone realistically like to see come in at LB for next season? Seems to be an area that BR will look to strengthen in. No point talking about Shaw, Moreno seems Madrid bound and Ed02 reckons Ricardo Rodriguez is unlikely at this point. Anyone else?
{Ed002's Note - The only one I am aware of declared interest in is Ryan Bertrand but I suspect he will be heading elsewhere. It was suggested earlier that Sporting Lisbon's Rojo could well be a player Liverpool have been looking at but people would need some convincing that he is better than what the club already has, and he is effectively a CB who can play at CB.}

Must admit, I don't quite understand us looking at Emmanuel Badu? Wasn't the emphasis for this window on only bringing in players who would improve the first 11? Would he really be an improvement on our current midfield options? If i'm not mistaken, he's not a regular for Udinese. If there's not genuine quality available this window, there's no point buying for the sake of it - I'd rather see us wait until the summer.

Its great to see LFC being firm with the Suarez situation but does it all have to be in the public eye? We seem to be the centre of attention time after time. Surely John Henry's conversation with Ivan Gazidis could have stayed private for example?

Hey eds, Ed002, given our early additions in the forward department, do you think the money coming in from a potential sale of Suarez will be used to fund other areas?

Well said ed. No reason whatsoever to defend the clubs actions. There should be a punishment technically but it looks like that won't be happening.

The key word is ILLEGAL.
Not sure how any fan can condone Klopp's or Liverpool FC's actions. After releasing a statement saying he won't be pursued, I think it would be utterly embarrassing to try and tie up a deal now.
